Modern New Built 2 Bedroom Apartment in the beach town of Torre de la Horadada

This property is part of a new build complex in Torre de la Horadada and has been built to a very high standard.

This lovely apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a spacious front terrace and a large roof solarium.
It also has a great communal pool and Jacuzzi located within the enclosed and secure garden area of the complex.

The apartment is very well equipped and you will find everything you might need during your stay.

It has a built-in air conditioning system, free Wi-Fi, and the available TV service provides many channels to watch, including a selection of some English language options.

The apartment is well furnished to a very good standard and the main double bedroom has an en-suite.
The second bedroom has an access to an additional, separate WC/shower room.
All the bedding and towels are provided, including beach towels.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the required kitchen crockery and cutlery, pots and pans. The washing machine and the clothes dryers are also provided.

The front terrace of the apartment is 20 m sq, and is furnished with a large table, chairs, and parasol.
The solarium is 60 m sq. and provides spacious relaxation area. It is furnished with sun loungers, and table and chairs with cushions. There is also a separate seating area. Part of the solarium is equipped with an awning to provide shade to that area, when required.

The apartment has also a secure front door and the electronic security shutters on all windows, that allows for ease of use and safety.

Great family holiday

The apartment was ideal for us (family of 4), it was perfectly clean and very well equipped with everything we needed for our 12 night stay. The kids loved the communal pool which was pretty quiet whilst we were there. Lovely location with a great choice of sandy beaches within short walking distance, 2 areas close by with a good choice of restaurants and bars. We also got the bus and walked into the neighbouring resorts. Great big market on Wednesday evening too! Would Highly recommend :-)

Hemos estado muy a gusto, lo Ășnico a la playa que pilla cerca no es la mĂĄs recomendable. Entonces hay que caminar un poquito mĂĄs hasta llegar a la playa del Conde. Pero genial la piscina y el piso es sĂșper nuevo. Muy buena comunicaciĂłn con la agencia

Great Apartment in a lovely Residential

The apartment is clean, and well equipped, the north facing front terrace provides shade all day and the roof terrace as much sun as you can handle. Because the apartment is external, the communal swimming pool, which looks fantastic, is accessed by a short walk down the road so not ideal if you have small children. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms small but adequate with comfortable beds. A short walk takes you to the beach and a selection local restaurants/bars, there is also a supermarket close by.

Great compact apartment in an excellent location

This is a great little apartment in a fantastic location, minutes from the beach and restaurants. Perfect for me on a yoga holiday and family stayed a few days. Sharon was communicative and arranged for a key location. The apartment was pretty spotless. I did clean the terraces as they were dirty from rain. Efficient washing machine, air con, and dishwasher. Tv and system: didn’t really watch this much but there are a good range of channels including BBC etc. Nice communal swimming pool and garden area. You cannot access this directly from the apartment as you have to go on the street outside about 4 apartments down. Parking is available right outside the apartment. Things to note: The bed linen: this really would benefit from being higher quality and would elevate the comfort of stay. Poly mix bedding and mattress covers are not great in the heat, and the bedding felt scratchy. The jacuzzi: this was not working and under construction when I went, sure it is now all ready for the summer. Kettle was leaking so could only fill it for 1-2 cups Crockery and cutlery: could do with a proper set of matching cups and more crockery. Cutlery needed a wash on arrival Furniture: on the whole this was fine, but the chairs at the dining table were scuffed. The sofa has poly fleece throws on it, which I appreciate are for hygiene but were not comfortable. Basic items: be great to have 1 bin bag provided On the whole, I would recommend but bear in mind the above :)

En general el alojamiento estĂĄ bien, se ajusta al anuncio. ResultĂł un problema que los agentes solo hablen inglĂ©s. Soy nacido en la zona y me sentĂ­ un extraño. Otra cosa que valoro negativamente es que no te den factura, te cobran IVA, y no se cĂłmo tener la factura y asegurarme que no estoy facilitando la economĂ­a sumergida, incluso la transacciĂłn econĂłmica se realiza en Irlanda. Luego te piden 70€ en efectivo para limpieza y lo mismo, ni recibo, ni factura, en fin, sensaciĂłn de estar haciendo algo al lĂ­mite.

Sehr modern und sauber. Zentral gelegen.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt in der ersten Etage mit dem Sonnendeck / Solarium auf der Dachterrasse und damit beschrÀnkte Möglichkeit, FahrrÀder abzustellen. Der Kontakt zu der Wohnungsverwaltung war sehr gut.

Wonderful apartment i a quiet area with a lovely, sunny upper terrace

Great apartment, awesome pool, super location

Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Wir wurden von Sharon herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung? Toll!!! Sehr neuwertig und gut ausgestattet. In den Ă€lteren Bewertungen wurde ab und an bemĂ€ngelt, dass etwas fehlt... es war alles da, was wir brauchten, sogar 3 Strandliegen durften benutzt werden (am Strand kostet eine 5€ Miete), wir haben 2 Schirme beigesteuert, die allerdings nicht ewig halten werden. Grandios ist die Lage der Wohnung: es ist so ruhig dort abends, dass man in Seelenruhe schlafen kann- keine störenden AutogerĂ€usche. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man im Örtchen mit vielen Restaurants, tolle Eisdielen mit Meerblick. Man könnte auch direkt zum Strand laufen, wir sind aber immer mit dem Auto zum nahegelegenen Strand Mil Palmeras gefahren - unser absoluter Lieblingsstrand. Danach noch eine Runde in den Whirlpool oder Pool... herrlich und nie voll! WĂŒrden wir die Wohnung weiterempfehlen? Wer Treppen steigen kann: definitiv!!! Wir danken fĂŒr den tollen Aufenthalt! Thanks a million!!
