Pinehurst 3BR/2BA Golf Course Condo

This is a truly special, newly renovated, golf course condo, where you will easily enjoy all that Pinehurst has to offer.

Located directly within Linville Gardens, this immaculate and tasteful unit has everything you need for a perfect golf vacation. Relax on the new brick patio, where you can watch play around the green on hole#2, Pinehurst Course #5. Our beautifully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has been completely upgraded with granite countertops and designer appliances in the well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, along with new mattresses and bedding. The bathrooms have been revamped with exhilarating Kohler spa showers. And the spacious living room with sectional sofa and cozy fireplace makes this condo most attractive.

Our condo is just a short distance from the Village of Pinehurst and the Pinehurst Country Club, and across
the street from the Pinehurst Harness Track and restaurant serving a great breakfast daily.

This condo will definitely fits the bill for your golf vacation. We so enjoy our retreats to Pinehurst, and we believe that our unit reflects the love we have for the Sandhills of North Carolina!

The property was nicely furnished, clean and very well located just 5 minutes from the main Pinehurst Resort clubhouse. There were a few small rental foibles that we overlooked, but that the owner should think about for future rentals. For one, the unit was not well-stocked with toilet-paper, kleenex or shampoo/conditioner. Two, there was a used bar of soap in the master shower. That's kind of unsanitary. Three, the master closet was filled with the owner's clothes. That stuff really should be put in a locked closet during rentals. Four, the outdoor furniture was covered when we arrived. We didn't sit on the patio as we didn't want to deal with uncovering and then re-covering the furniture.

Very clean, modern, updated, and perfect for golf trip. Only issue was a breaker that kept tripping which controls one of the outlets we wanted to use. Besides that was the best place we’ve stayed at in those types of units.

I really wanted to love it..

Sunday-Saturday. Great location, plenty of room to spread out and relax. Sadly I just felt left to fend for myself when I had to reach out for both check in and check out instructions. We also had issues with some things that were not clean at arrival. The next day the cleaner came and she was confused that we were there because it was listed to clean that day. She wasn’t made aware of us coming and someone had just checked out the day before. So we all had questions about its cleanliness but she took care of us. We also had a battle with ants Monday. All of these issues were communicated in writing without any response or concern. Overall it was fine, but cleanliness and comms were lacking.

Place was very clean , with lots of room ,very new appliances , beautiful view of golfers passing by. had trouble with a/c due to power outage because of weather. owner answered on second ring and stayed on line until things were resolved . very pleasant and responded to messages quickly . great stay .
