The house was located, built and designed to host golf enthusiasts from all over the world, and includes a street-legal 4-passenger commuter golf cart for guests. Situated just 0.6 miles from the charming Historic Village of Pinehurst (est. 1895), the world-famous Pinehurst Resort & Country Club, and the first tee of Pinehurst No. 2 (host site of the US Open Golf Championship). The outdoor area features a sun deck and large jacuzzi hot tub. Located within a small, well-established, quiet neighborhood, and a wonderful walk or bike to Village parks, shops, pubs, and restaurants.
Fun stuff: There’s a large open great room for watching sports and movies with subscriptions to YouTube TV (including the Golf Channel) and Netflix on a 75" 4K Roku TV, together with 65" TVs in two of the bedrooms.
Morning stuff: We provide your coffee, and many ways to brew it!
Clean stuff: For tackling the clothes before you depart, there's a large laundry room with commercial grade appliances and full supplies.
Hot stuff: There's a gas fireplace! To operate the fireplace burner unit turn the pilot knob to the on position and the burner will ignite. You can adjust the flame with the flame adjust knob. To turn off the burner unit turn the pilot knob to the pilot position, the burner will go out but the pilot flame will stay on. To turn off the burner unit fully including the pilot flame turn the pilot knob to the off position. A remote control is located in the coffee table drawer. The house was just perfect and very well appointed. The location to Pinehurst (.6 mi) was great and the property manager was very responsive to minor issues (that could come up with any house) sending the handyman immediately twice (TV and toilet issue). We could not have asked for more!

Friends Golf Trip

Property was excellent; spacious and clean. Close to town as well as all golf courses. Has all the utensils and supplies that could be wanted. Hot tub was a great bonus and was already partly warmed up before arrival.

Outstanding Home close to Pinehurst

Perfect property close to Pinehurst. Extremely well equipped and perfect for a group getaway, whether family or friends. The house is quiet, clean, modern, and very well kept. Could not be better.
