Clos des Sources welcomes you to the confluence of three distinctive tourist regions: the Bordeaux vineyards, the Périgord, and the Agenais. This gîte offers both seclusion in the heart of nature and proximity to all amenities. Located within a vast, verdant, and hilly property, the gîte is housed in a separate building next to the owners' residence. You will have access to the grounds and the owners' large swimming pool, which will be reserved exclusively for your use (except during maintenance). Access to the pool is via steps; its depth ranges from 1m to 1.70m. It can be covered or uncovered (automatic system), allowing for comfortable use from May 1st to October 1st, from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm. The gîte is on one level and has three split levels (maximum 4 steps); it is not wheelchair accessible. It comprises a living room with dining area and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed facing an en-suite bathroom (shower, bathtub, double vanity) with separate WC, a second bedroom with two 90 x 200 cm beds and its own shower room (sink, shower, WC), a veranda, and a laundry room. Permission is granted to pitch a tent near the cottage to accommodate one or two additional people. Overlooking a wooded pond, you will have a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy relaxing moments surrounded by nature. Numerous indoor and outdoor games are available, including: a pétanque court, table tennis, table football, badminton, and the possibility of fishing (carp, roach, etc.). A dedicated parking area for two cars is provided. You will find a reinforced charging point for electric vehicles (optional, at cost price from the supplier Alterna). Fast charging is also available at the shopping center, a 3-minute walk away. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day will be billed based on the meter reading. Heating, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included, and beds are made before your arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra.
