This beautiful cottage is located just a few meters from the sea, near the nature park Se?ovlje, where the impressive salt pans are located. The upper floor is reached via an external staircase. The house is located near the Parenzana cycling path. Visit the nature park nearby and the coastal towns of Koper, Izola or Piran. Taste the autochthonous grape variety Teran and enjoy the good cuisine in one of the many restaurants.

Quiet Oasis in nature
Very romantic villa drowned in green, two cactus greenhouses and a swimming pool. Very thirsty mosquitos could spoil your stay if not ptepared.

Nur für Raucher oder Geruchsunempfindliche geeignet
Wir waren zu 8 ( 2 Familien) vor Ort. Leider war die untere der beiden Wohnungen eine stark riechende Raucherwohnung. Vermutlich Jahrzehnte! Lüften brachte überhaupt nichts. Die Küche unvollständig ( kein Backofen, kein Wasserkocher, kein Toaster) in der oberen Wohnung war der Kühlschrank defekt und die Küche mangels Geschirr nicht nutzbar. Der Pool war sehr schön, auch die Lage nah am Meer und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Mücken gab es reichlich, so dass man sich zwischen zwei Übeln entscheiden musste: Mückenstiche oder Raucherwohnung... Leider kein angemessenes Preis-Leistungs- Verhältnis!!!!
