Vacation apartment close to nature - a gem

Our vacation rental is located on the outskirts of Pirna. Enjoy the tranquility of a small neighborhood.<br>It’s an ideal starting point for quickly reaching many attractions in Saxon Switzerland and around Dresden. <br>From this central location, you can head to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, Dresden, or Prague, which is about 130 km away.<br>Our lovingly and comfortably furnished vacation apartment measures approximately 45 m² and is located on the first floor. It sleeps 2 people.<br>You’ll have a separate entrance. The garden is available for our guests to use. <br>You’ll find a combined non-smoking living-dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. <br>The living room features a dining table with 4 chairs, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table, a couch, and a TV armchair. <br>The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, <br>an exhaust hood, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a toaster, a microwave, and plenty of <br>dishes, glasses, pans, pots, kitchen towels, etc. At the end of your stay, we ask that guests leave the rental property vacated, swept clean, and in good condition. Furthermore, any trash generated during the stay must be disposed of by the guests themselves in the provided trash bins. Guests must leave the kitchen items (dishes, pots, cups, pans, etc.) and the dishwasher in a clean and tidy condition. <br>The bathroom features a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, and a washing machine.<br>A upholstered bed (sleeping area 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe are available to guests in the bedroom.<br>You can relax on the covered terrace to start or end your day.<br>For the “smoking connoisseur,” an ashtray is available for use in the outdoor area <br>.<br>Your vehicle will be safely parked in our private parking lot. You can also store any bicycles you bring with you here for free and securely. <br>Please note that the city of Pirna has introduced a visitor’s tax at 01.01.2020. The fee is €3.00 per person (children 15 years and older) per day.
