Walk to the beach, pier, and explore everything downtown has to offer. Enjoy the view of the blue Pacific ocean from the two, very private decks. The brand new kitchen opens to living room area with Fireplace, TV and dining area. The bedrooms on the second floor consist of a king bed in the master, Queen in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen sleeper Sofa in the living room. Master bath has a jetted tub and another full bath on the 1st floor. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Convenient parking garage provide 2 private spots.

EXCELLENT LOCATION!

Had a wonderful visit to Pismo Beach staying in this cute condo! Perfect space for 6 adults. Location is amazing! Close enough to walk to all stores, restaurants and the pier in Pismo Beach!!

It was very clean and convenient.

It was a cozy apartment feel. Beds were comfortable, all amenities, nice little fireplace, very enjoyable experience. As long as stairs aren’t an issue, and you don’t need beach front property, it is perfect.

Great beach base for most people

Unless you have mobility issues, this is a great place for a base beach vacation. As other reviews have noted, the stairs up two levels to a bedroom will probably preclude those who can't easily do stairs. There were a couple of little issues which I will list at bottom, but mainly we enjoyed it very much. The place was well equipped for WIFI and TV entertainment and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and the like. It was great to have parking off street, but the parking space is tight. If you have a big truck or something, you may need to park on the street. Convenient location, a short walk to the beach and about 5 blocks to the pier. It is a little inconvenient for the guest room as the only bathroom is downstairs unless you walk thru the master bedroom upstairs for the ensuite bath. There are no towel racks in the ensuite bath so you have to get creative to dry bath towels. Other than that, it is an excellent stay.

Great Location!

Walking distance to local downtown restaurants and the beach! Also, we enjoyed that the condo is not near the downtown traffic and noise. Very quiet area! I would recommend to the owner that both bathroom showers need bath mats. Very slippery when wet! I would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

Used it for a girlfriends getaway and it was great. My only suggestion would be a lock box for key like to many properties have. It would make it easier than having to go to rental office to pick up key and then return key.
