Luxury meets style in this newly built, tri-level waterfront condo- with two and a half bathrooms, three bedrooms, and a sleeper sofa, this spacious condo can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, the perfect spot for guests looking to enjoy the wonders and adventures of Pismo Beach.

Walk upstairs from the entry foyer into a spacious modern living room featuring a fireplace, 65-inch flat screen TV with DVD player, queen sleeper sofa, dining room, half bath, and kitchen with inland- style breakfast bar and walk-in pantry. This upscale condo features an open floor plan on the second floor with access to a private BBQ balcony accommodating all styles of entertainment and comfort.

The Master bedroom can be found on the third floor and is outfitted with a king size bed, 55-inch flat screen TV, en suite bathroom, and ocean views to meet all your relaxation needs.

The two-car garage is accessed from the first floor along with the washer and dryer, second and third bedrooms, and full bath. These cozy bedrooms feature a queen size bed in one room and a full- and twin-size bunk bed in the other.

Fantastic place. Great location for us. We loved to be able to go surf and access the dunes easily. Walking around town was close as well. If your not used to early morning beach noise traffic (street sweeper, trash trucks, surfers coming for an early morning session) then this might not be the place for you, but for us we loved it. There is an option to connect both units which we may do next time!

Beautiful condo with great, central location

This property is just as nice in person as it looks online. The couch and beds were very comfortable. The bedding was nice and clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. You can walk to the beach and shops in town easily. The only downside I would say is that it gets loud early because of the parking lot out front, but that didn't bother us since we were up with our kids anyway. We really enjoyed our stay!

Really beautiful property with an excellent location that is literally steps from the beach. Really close to everything in town and centrally located. I would love to stay here again. :). My family truly enjoyed this location and will look to come back. Thank you!

Clean, great location and nice view

Definitely would stay again. Beds great. Lots of stairs. Had to use three separate baby gates as we had a toddler. The main area was nice and plenty of space. We did struggle keeping it cool inside. Not sure we figured out the thermostat.

Amazing Trip!

Great property! The vacation rental agency they use is awesome and all the girls we spoke to were VERY friendly. The house was great! The only thing that was a little misleading on the description info is it says there is a pull out couch/futon in the master (it’s really referring to the living room) so we thought there was one more sleeping arrangement but it still worked out and way great!! There are lots of stairs and no baby gates but we were able to block off the living room and “trap” the small kids in that area. Overall it was an amazing trip, amazing location close to the beach and food, and an amazing house! We’ve already been looking into availability to stay again!

The perfect "Beach Rental"

This place is beautiful inside and out!!! The perfect "Beach Rental" for gatherings, big or small. While accommodating everyone, it allowed each of us our own privacy. Though the bedrooms were inviting and the beds super comfy, our favorite area was the second level. Living room, kitchen, dining, pantry, bathroom and the balcony w/BBQ. This level is completely open, lots of seating, fire place, huge TV and a full ocean view. Also, leaving our cars in the garage, the location was convenient for walking the area vs driving. A morning walk to the cinnamon roll shop is a MUST! All together, we had such a great time here. I would highly recommend it.

Fun Beach Property

Great beach and walk to town location for 2 families including 4 teen children. Loved the large kitchen, big family table and family room comfortable for 8 people. Great views of the sunset from the deck. Would stay here again!!
