This brand new Modern Mediterranean designed building that was just recently completed in 2018, so you can be one of the first to enjoy it's amenities and immaculate high-end finishes.

Features Wood Flooring, White Granite Countertops, High-end Fixtures, Stainless Steel Appliances, Complimentary Wifi internet access, DirecTV, and best of all a Fully Furnished Rooftop Deck with Panoramic Views of the Ocean, Downtown Pismo, and Mountains.

The 400 square foot Private Rooftop Deck features an Eye-Catching Flaming Glass Column Patio Heater, Huge Napoleon Stainless Steel Grill, and a 6 seating Fire Table so you can all enjoy the stunning views this condo has to offer. And exclusive to this unit only, is your own personal Rooftop Spa!

Kitchen is well equipped and stocked with all the basics, but also has: A 36 Bottle Wine Cooler, Ninja Blender, Coffee Maker, K-Cup Coffee Machine, Toaster, Stainless cookware, Stainless Flatware, Wine and Champagne Glasses.

Living room features a spacious open concept design with Leather Power Reclining Sofa Set, a Fireplace, Ceiling Fan and 65" 4K Television with Premium DirecTV Service. You can walk outside the living room to your personal Balcony which overlooks Stimson Avenue with a view of downtown Pismo Beach. The Living room is also equipped with a King Sized Air Mattress that can sleep 2 adults or children.

Master Suite is furnished with only the highest quality furniture and decorations, featuring a high quality Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Ceiling Fan and a 55" 4K Television with DirecTV. It is connected to the luxurious master bathroom which features a Custom tiled shower, dual sinks and granite counter tops.

The Second Bedroom is unique because of it's own Juliette balcony that allows you to have some of the best views of the Ocean, Mountains, and downtown and also is furnished with a Queen Bed with Novaform Mattress, Dresseer, large closet, and a 40" SmartTV w/ DirecTV Service.

Third Bedroom also has an ocean view, queen bed with Novaform Mattress. Large closet space and under bed storage as well.

At ground Level, there is a well lit 2 car garage for secure parking of vehicles.

322 Stimson - Unit 1 living space is not wheelchair accessible and may also be difficult to access for the elderly or very small children. However, we manage all of the units in the complex, so please contact us regarding special accommodations and larger groups.

Amazing stay

Much closer to the beach and pier than I expected for the price. Comfortable rooms, wonderful roof top hot tub and amenities and the host is a generous and pleasant fellow. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful place and great location. Very close to the beach and you can just walk anywhere in town. My family really enjoyed the rooftop deck. We played games, sat in the spa, and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Will definitely be staying here again!

My family and I had a great time staying here. The location is unbeatable as it is within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. Parking in the garage was perfect, and street parking wasn't difficult. We can't wait to come back again in the future.

Great getaway in downtown Pismo

Great place -- rooftop deck with hot tub and view were the icing on the cake. The bedrooms/baths/kitchen are all nicely remodeled and very comfortable and the location is close enough to the beach/downtown to walk, but a few blocks off so that it does not feel so crowded. We will be back.

Beautiful Home

Definitely enjoyed our stay here. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. It's close to the beach and shops as well as great freeway access. Enjoyed the rooftop patio but we sure got a workout with all the stairs.

Everything about our experience was awesome. The house is beautiful and roof is a great addition with the hot tub. The walk to the beach is very quick and easy to get to. Everything you need is in the house and whatever questions we had, Gene was very quick to answer them. Everything about our stay was great and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great option for Pismo

Great property, all the conveniences of home, ocean view from rooftop patio. Nice seating area on second floor balcony. Fabulous hot-tub and great BBQ. The rooftop deck is not completely private—that’s the only downside.
