The location and view was impeccable! Shops, restaurants, and pier easily accessible on foot. My only complaint is that it had a very strong food odor that remained for the entire stay and it would have been nice to have an extra paper towel roll. All in all, I do highly recommend this location!

Better to rent nice hotel rooms for the price

Hassle to park in the garage with finicky key pad. Wasn’t told which unit we had so a little tricky figuring out which unit to try our code. Bathrooms were a huge disappointment. They need to be updated badly. Our bathroom shower was moldy. Could have been a little more accommodating with more shampoo and conditioner. There was enough for two of four people for one day only.

Escaped for a quick weekend get away with my gf and our boys. The condo was clean and cozy with amazing beachfront views and conveniently located within walking distance of everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back to visit again!

Simply Amazing!

The condo was super clean and very comfy, and had everything we needed, but the headline is THE VIEW!!! Simply amazing! We sat in the sun porch every morning and every night (and every minute we were not out and about) just taking in the beauty. All the windows open - you can basque in the sound of the waves and get lost in the peaceful view up and down the coast! Could not have asked for anything better! This place is a true gem. Book it!!!

Weekend getaway

This was the perfect place to get away from everything and be with family. The location couldn’t be better and the space was very comfortable. Beautiful views in every direction, and bam, the beach and wharf is right there. Of note, we had our elderly mom and my husband with us who doesn’t walk very well and there are a couple sets of stairs to get to the second story. They were able to with assistance, but something to be aware of if you have anyone in your party with ADA limitations. Otherwise, we just loved our stay here.

Perfect beach location

This property has the best location and view of any others we saw in Pismo Beach. The condo is at the beachfront end of the building and the living area and both bedrooms have large beach-facing windows. The closed in balcony is comfortable in any season for watching the sunrise and sunset and everything in between. You simply could not stay closer to the water! In addition, the open-concept of the living area was wonderful, beds were incredibly comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and modern. HIghly recommended!

Awesome Property

The view was incredible. Location fabulous. It was so perfect for our girls trip that we already booked next year and are staying an extra night! A king size bed in bedroom 2 would have been nice but definitely not a deal breaker.
