The property is in a fantastic location, very close to the beach, two small shops which sell a reasonable range of provisions and several good restaurants. The local rep was very attentive ( property is owned by the building company who built the while development). We enquired about taxis, which we were told would be on the taxi rank, but we did not see one in the 11 days we were there. You need these to get to the old village or the big supermarket unless you have a car. The property itself is very tired - not as great as the listing photos. There are no instructions on how to use air con, appliances etc , and the tv will only work if you have sign ons for online streaming, netflix, or Amazon Prime so do take passwords. The barbecue area is filthy, and everything needs replacing so we didnt use it. Table tennis table is great but bats need replacing. We were there for 12 nights, no cleaning, fresh linen or towels are provided in that time. The paintwork outside is flaking, and the cushions in the shaded seating area need replacing. The pool was wonderful and is maintained twice a week. The garden is very private which is lovely but there was a lot of noise from gardeners working on nearby properties - leafblowers and hedge trimmers being used 5 days out of the 11 we were there ( not so much of a problem if you plan to be out ). I saw another review which said cats were around a lot. We did not have that problem since we didn't feed them.
