A Great Home Away from Home
This place had everything we needed after a very long drive to climb onto bed, relax for a bit of TV time, make meals, & get ready for adventures from as a "home" base. Cortney thought of most everything guests would need! There were so many little touches like about 28 spices, cooking sprays, paper towels, toilet plaper, throw blankets on the sofa & beds, make-up remover wipes, hair dryer, full bottles of body wash, shampoo, & conditioner in both beautifully-tiles showers, & more! It felt like staying at the home of family or good friends because it was so easy to just be there! We only had to run out for food; all else was there. And the neighborhood was beautiful! We even met one of the next-door neighbors with the sweetest dog. The location was close to so many things that it made us wish we had much more time to see Pittsburgh, but we were there to go to Erir for the eclipse. Cortney made everything so easy, taking so much stress out of the journey! She responded back very quickly to my questions & was so helpful! She really created a warm, inviting atmosphere in this rental from the themed bedrooms to the personal touches everywhere to the beautifully-renovated kitchen & bathrooms. Walking in ti friend a welcome note with a bottle of sparkling cider was the cherry on top! My family & I appreciated the extremely quiet neighborhood & all of the thought & care that Cortney put into creating this inviting rental!

Retired Nurse Reunion
It was a fun weekend for nurses who have a friendship for over 60 years. We get together every year for a long weekend and we chose Pgh because went went to nursing school at Presbyterian Hospital in Oakland. The two sets of steps in the duplex weren’t expected but we took them slow. 😂 It also took us some time to to work the two key pad locks. Overall the retired nurses enjoyed their stay.

The location was close enough to the attractions (about 20 minute drive depending on traffic) It was clean and had many amenities including linens, toiletries, and basic cooking supplies including some spices. The area was quiet at night and the neighborhood had some nice old architecture. The landlord was available by message and responded in a timely maner to questions.
