I DIDNT like that the appliances were old and worn out and did not work. the pool had too much clorine and you could not stay in the pool for over 3 minutes without the kids eyes burning. the breakfast was ok but not enough choices. need more fruit. and more hot food choices.

Very nice place

Pros: Every thing was clean staff was very nice and the breakfast layout was very good a lot to choose from.they also have a pool and workout room.
Cons: nothing
Location: there are several restaurants and fast food places to eat. and stores to shop at.
I liked staying because it was close to the Jefferson Hospital about 8 min. and there was no traffic back up!

Average Hotel

Pros: The breakfast was good and included in with the room rate. This hotel was situated very conveniently to stores and the mall as well as restaurants.
Cons: Staff needs to be friendly.
The hotel was nice however the people at the front desk were not extremely friendly. The maid service was not great as they did not leave any clean wash clothes in our room as well as enough clean towels. I think the staff could use a little pep talk.

Not much to recommend this hotel

Room was okay, but everything was old and tv remote didn't work. Front desk was not able to address the problem. Show was old and bad spray pattern. Bad odor in the bathroom. Front desk did recommend a great restaurant nearby.

We enjoyed our visit to your renovated, clean facility. I was blocked on my computer & on yours . I was unable to gain access to my work while I stayed there. Why is that?
