We were greeted by two women in the parking lot who had their money returned to them after entering a filthy elevator and a key that didn’t work to their apartment. They went off looking for vacancy in another hotel. Because we had pre-paid for this room in Toronto Canada, we gambled. The fire alarm had been pulled off the wall and was missing, we couldn’t stay in the washroom for too long because the fan was screaming at us. We didn’t bother taking a shower because it was so loud. Our greeter at the front desk was polite, non-apologetic and the last person you would want to greet visitors. She was nice but distant, a little flaky sorry about that. I will be returning this way from Florida at the end of April. I will not stay there. We were fortunate to stay on the first floor, oh also the door lock mechanism is been torn off the wall. We did inspect the elevator the two ladies complained about, and there was an accumulation of mud and dirt, dust filth in the corners. Clearly the owner of this hotel has never visited it or like his employee just takes it day by day.

yuck

Pros: Location
Cons: Clean the rooms better
Location: Good things nearby
The room stunk like urine. The bedding was stained. Comforter had fresh blood on it. Air didn’t work well. Just yuk!

Super 8 Cranberry

Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: See my experience.
Location: A lot of restaurants and stores in the immediate area.
Rooms should have coffee makers. Hotels I've stayed at usually do. Sheets on bed were not "tight" to the bed, made for sloppy appearance. Only 2 "desk" chairs, should have something more comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Staff was great.Location was great. Breakfast not so good. Rooms were clean it was reasonably priced

Cons: No free Internet, Poor breakfast
We stayed a week, but didn't spend much time in room. Cleaning Staff was great, they were good about giving us fresh towels. Parking was limited during the week due to a lot of big trucks. But our stay was pleasant and I will stay again. Very conveniently located

It was quite comfortable for my reunion trip.

Pros: Close restaurants
I had asked for a non-smoking room, but they for some reason, couldn't guarantee that, so they put me into a handicapped-equipped room, which was fine, though you smelled cigarette smoke in the hallway. They were filled up by a whole young basketball team that night which made it lively. It was convenient to get in and out of, and back to the airport.

Don't bother

The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were small. The breakfast was marginal and things weren't up to snuff in my opinion.
