Family-Centric Berkshire Getaway by Evergreen Home

This renovated 4 BR ranch located just minutes from Lenox has everything your family needs for a relaxing getaway! Ideally located in Central Berkshire County; museums, skiing, lake life, hiking, theaters and shopping are all just a short drive away. When you're home, relax with a movie in our theater room, play corn hole in the spacious back yard, bbq on the grill, how about a game of Foosball or Pac-Man? With room for 6 adults or 8 w/kids, this lovely spot is your perfect family retreat!
This home has 4 large screen TVs. All sofas are in the lower level, but comfortable seating has been supplied for the TVs on the main level including a large plush leather chair in the primary bedroom and a recliner in the dining room/sitting room.

We are located only a few minutes to Lenox. 27 Minutes to Jimmy Peak, 33 minutes to Butternut Ski Area/Great Barrington. 10 minutes to the Colonial Theater (BTG) and Barrington Stage Theater and 14 minutes to Tanglewood and Miraval Resort.

The 4th bedroom has a pullout sofa/futon which can fit 2 kids or 1 adult. If only adults are staying, then only 6 guests are allowed.

Parents, please note that while the house has an expansive back yard, it is not fenced in and the front of the house pretty close to the road. It is not an especially busy street, but little ones will need to be watched.

There will be a charge of $30 per day, per car if you charge your electric car at the house.

This is a 4 BR/2BA renovated ranch home. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor including the spacious primary suite with a king bed and gorgeous ensuite bathroom. Our fully equipped new kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. Dine inside or outside on the spacious deck with a large umbrella to provide plenty of shade. The lower level walkout has a family room with games and large TV, plus a theater room for laying back and catching a movie. We also have a spacious a bonus area perfect for your yoga practice.
You will need a car to get around the Berkshires.
