Amazing Beachfront Villa with Pool in the heart of Maya Beach!

You will just love this two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront villa. A private pool with deck, palapa on the the beach with bar and hammocks are available to fulfill your vacation dream. The house is fully fenced in and faces east for those perfect sunrises.

This home is set back from the road to provide more privacy. There is a sweeping staircase up to the living area. Huge open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen. The island is spacious enough to comfortable seat six, the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, crockery and cookware. Living and bedroom areas have great artwork from both local and international artists. If you like to BBQ, there is a gas grill on the balcony to fix your perfect Caribbean dinner. The three smart TVs will provide perfect entertainment.

The master bedroom with queen bed has a full ensuite bathroom and dressing area. It has a walkout balcony that leads down to the pool and beach.

The second bedroom has two queen beds and also has a walkout balcony that leads down to the pool and beach.

The second bathroom has shower, toilet and single vanity. There is also a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing board.

The swimming pool and deck are just off the house, and there is also a freshwater shower by the pool for rinsing off after you have been in the pool or ocean. On the beach there is a private palapa with hammocks, and your own little beach bar - bring your own bartender! And a double seater kayak awaits you too.

The house is centrally located in Maya Beach, just a short walk to the nearest grocery store and a selection of restaurants including Azure del Mar, Maya Beach Bistro and more. We do recommend a car rental for getting around. We also have 3 bikes if you prefer to be active.

This is a very comfortable home in a great location. It is very well stocked with supplies. Herbert, the house manager, was most attentive. We had a couple of small issues, and he was promptly there to fix them.

The house was beautifully set up and very clean. I was especially happy with the water pressure in the showers. I will definitely stay here again when we come back! My only recommendation would be to put some sort of curtains in the kitchen window. The sun radiates a lot of heat through those windows.

I would definitely return and stay at Marly's Place. The house is exactly what my family of four needed. There's plenty of space for everyone, so you don't feel.like you're on top of each other. We were in the pool everyday and the individual bedroom air conditioners made sleeping great. Lots of restaurants near by, I would recommend renting a vehicle. Enjoy!

My wife and another couple stayed at Marlys place over spring break. The property was super clean and has an amazing beach front. If you plan to visit the point in Placencia frequently I suggest renting a car over a golf cart. We spent most of our time in Maya Beach were the house is located.

Our Belize Adventure

Our trip to Belize was everything we hoped for! The house was a beautiful place to stay while exploring the peninsula. We felt close to all the things we needed, yet still felt like we had our own private retreat!! The pool was especially loved along with the ocean right outside too! Wonderful stay in Placencia

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. On arrival, the property was clean and all the linen and towels smelled fresh. Well stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals at the property. We used everything the property had to offer including the bikes, kayaks and the pool. Spent many hours just relaxing by the beach. Property is about a 25 minute golf cart ride to Placencia. Lots of good dining options right near the property in Maya beach. My husband and I are already talking about the next time we can visit Placencia. Herbert was a great host, always responding promptly to any questions we had. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat. Thanks for everything!

Marly’s Place was just what we needed

We had an amazing stay at Marly’s Place a few weeks ago. It was ideal for what we needed, a beautiful view, a well maintained house and pool and close proximity to food and shopping. The location of the house allowed us to run into “The Village” when we felt like it, but also gave us all the things we needed to stay in. The kitchen was well appointed, we took advantage of the local seafood and made meals that allowed us to stay at home. The house has virtually everything you will need, and more. There are also suggestions of where to eat in the welcome book, we loved having that resource! There was some road noise, but that is to be expected with school in session and work in the area happening. I highly recommend staying at Marly's Place. We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay at Marly's Place again.

Relaxing space

If you're looking for a place to stay that is a little more private but has a number of amenities nearby, Marlys Place is the place for you. My family thoroughly enjoyed the three nights we stayed on the property. The house was VERY clean and had a number of amenities, some of which we would have never thought of ourselves. We swam in the pool and even took a dip in the ocean. If we had a question, we reached out to Herbert for advice, and he responded quickly. We had rented a vehicle, so getting to the peninsula for tours and visit the local restaurants wasn't an issue. There were two bikes on the property for use, so a bike ride to the grocery store is also an option. We visit Belize annually, and hope to return to Marly's again soon!

Even though they are building a house next door they didn’t start until 8 and really could not hear the hammering inside the house . A relaxing stay for our family in Maya Beach

Marly’s place is a great property. The house is very clean with everything you need. They include a large 5 gallon bottle of water. You can walk to some restaurants nearby. It’s only about 15-20 min to placencia town. It’s quiet. There is some snorkeling if you swim out from the property. We saw multiple large starfish there. The pool is great and was good enough size for us to have fun during our stay. I didn’t want to leave on our last day. I would definitely love to come back.

Beautiful house in great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this villa! The views are amazing, and the location can't be beat. It is minutes away from some of the highest rated restaurants in the country, but is within walking distance to a local grocery store if you prefer to use the fully stocked kitchen. It is an easy, approximate 20 minute drive to the town of Placencia, where a lot of the tours and excursions depart from. The pool was clean and we really enjoyed spending time by it each day. Additionally, we felt very safe at all times, as the house has a security system and is gated. We would highly recommend this property!

Good Central Location - Very Chill

Herbert and crew are top notch service and communicators. 5th time to BZ, top 3 stays for sure. Very secure and well maintained for a BZ waterfront property. Due to it's more northern location, we switched from a cart to a car rental. This made trips to the village faster and more comfortable and also allows exploring beyond like Hopkins and jungle drives. Use LEO's. Decent cars for BZ rentals and Marvin is very accommodating. Construction next door wasn't really a problem. While we were there, work hours were 8 or 9 AM to around 4PM. The pool is small but affective on those hot days. We used it more than expected. This is a bonus for sure... FYI - The reef is further out than places like San Pedro or Caye Caulker, but the diving and fishing is sooooo much better.

Just what was needed

I cannot say enough about our experience. The house is beautifully situated, with a wrap around deck for early morning and sunset views; dips in the pool serve as an alternate viewpoint :). The home is immaculately clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The available double kayak afforded us a paddle to False Caye and a great snorkel. Easy walk to restaurants, a grocer, and even a bowling alley (though we did not visit). Herbert the host was also incredibly communicative and kind. Would happily return!

Perfect location

Property is as described, clean and safe. The beach and pool were the perfect place to relax and enjoy the wonderful weather. Definitely visit the bakery down the street. Groceries and restaurants were easily accessible by a short drive. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The construction next door was ongoing and did provide some noise throughout the day but it did not hinder our relaxation. It was actually fascinating to watch the process and progress throughout our stay. We would book this property again.

Pretty house right on the beach

Had a great stay here, and the property manager was super responsive any time we had a request. Blender broken? Boom! One showed up on our doorstep a few hours later. The house is in short walking distance to a mid-sized grocery store and an outdoor bar. There is a lot of construction going on in Maya Beach, including the house right next door to this one, but we knew that when we booked (January 2024). Looks like they're nearing the end, though, so in a few months that shouldn't be an issue.

The house next store was under construction and all the days of the stay there were jackhammers, saws, and compressors running. Also a lot of hammering and shouting all day.This could be heard throughout the house and on the beach so there was no relaxing at the house. To top it off there were dogs barking all night. The owner should disclose more than there is some construction next store.This was not a relaxing stay and not what you would expect for a beach front property at this price. Very disappointed
