Beachfront Private Pool Home - A "Gold Standard Facility"

We are a Gold Standard facility approved and listed under Saum's Landing, Placencia, Belize. Our home in Placencia accommodates four guests comfortably and is situated on a white sandy beach, spilling directly into the turquoise Caribbean Sea. The rental includes two bedrooms with queen-size beds, a queen-size sofa bed, two full bathrooms, and a large living room with panoramic sea views. Features include large picture windows overlooking the ocean and islands, a dining area, a full kitchen, ceiling fans, air conditioning, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The outdoor space offers a patio with lounge chairs and a dining table, a palapa for outdoor dining, a BBQ, and a three-story observation tower for viewing sunrise over the ocean and sunset over the lagoon. Guests may swim, snorkel, fish, sunbathe, or relax under the palapa. For the adventurous, we provide two kayaks for your use. We invite you to stay at our beautiful home for the Caribbean experience of a lifetime.

Placencia offers exceptional diving, snorkeling, and fishing, and boasts the best beaches in Belize. Local businesses provide daily excursions, including sailing, cave tubing, jungle tours, and visits to Mayan ruins. The local waters are renowned for permit, bonefish, tarpon, and various other species. Belize features the world's second-largest barrier reef and numerous offshore islands, known as cayes, which offer exceptional diving and snorkeling in the clear Caribbean waters.

From Placencia Airport, you may rent a car or take a taxi to our beach house. Alternatively, a five-minute cab ride will take you to Los Porticos, where car, bicycle, and golf cart rentals are available.

U.S. currency is accepted everywhere at a 2:1 exchange rate, and English is the official language.

Please allow one full day between guest stays. Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (barring travel delays), and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

Our stay at Angel's Landing was beyond anything we imagined. Phil and Angela are incredinle hosts who've created a stunningly and peaceful beach front sanctuary. We loved our time here and were so grateful to spend our time in Belize in the perfect location. We'd stay here 100x's over, and look forward to our next visit.

We had a wonderful time in Belize. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating. They checked in with us a couple times and answered our questions quickly. The house was just like the pictures and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property. The only draw back was the distance into town.

We had an amazing stay in Placencia! The place was the perfect size for two couples and had a beautiful view we never got tired of. The hosts, Angela & Phil were fantastic — welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond! We packed in adventures every day, including the ATM Cave tour, Monkey River, snorkeling, island hopping, cave kayaking and of course exploring the entirety of the peninsula — truly unforgettable experiences. It may be unpopular opinion but one of our favorite decisions was choosing the golf cart instead of a car (despite everyone telling us to rent one!). It allowed us to slow down, take in the scenery, and really immerse ourselves in the local culture in a way we wouldn’t have otherwise. (And of course we had a lot of laughs along the way with all those speed HUMPS )This stay was the perfect balance of adventure and laid-back island life. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Placencia!

Angie and Phil have the most amazing place! We loved every minute of our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. This listing was one of the rare occasions where the pictures really do it justice... It was everything we imagined from the photos. We loved the private pool and beach but we also really appreciated the quiet privacy of the location; off the main road and tucked away, and far enough away from the main attractions of Placencia that we truly felt like we were all by ourselves at times. The farthest tip of the peninsula was about a 25 minute drive but very easy and beautiful and we were glad to have some separation from the busier areas. Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and relaxing stay

Angel's Landing was in a great location to hike in the nearby national parks, explore southern Mayan ruins, and to catch the boat for our snorkel trip. The house and grounds are well maintained and clean. We appreciated the larger kitchen filled with amenities to accommodate eating in a few nights and making smoothies daily. The pool was a definite plus as the ocean was a bit turbid during our stay due to the recent storms. Angela and Phil were extremely helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay. Overall, we had an enjoyable and relaxing vacation in this bit of paradise!

Unbelizeable Vacation

We had an amazing time in Belize! Your beautiful beachfront house was the perfect location for us. The views were stellar, the private pool was over the top and the tiki bar set the stage for so many fun moments for our group!
