Unbelievable staff from Floret and the others at the front desk to Mariano in the restaurant- they always called us by name and inquired about our day. The resort is fabulous, the spa unbelievable. Truly a fabulous vacation- we stayed in a villa which was beautiful.

Property was as beautiful as pictured. Staff was outstanding. Service level was "through the roof". Everyone knew your name. Location was convenient to town.

Gorgeous resort! The staff is friendly and goes out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Will definitely be staying with them again when we come back to Placencia!

What a fantastic honeymoon! Super clean and new villas, really attentive staff, excellent food. The beach is beautiful and there’s a nice pool too (we never used it!). Only suggestions we had were around activities on site. Wish they had a ping pong or pool table, or would have been fun to have the staff organize a sand volleyball game. Easy to use the hotel shuttle to go off resort to restaurants and to town, and also easy to use the free water equipment and bicycles. Such a great resort!! 5 star staff!!!!!

Stay here!

This resort is where you want to stay! The entire property is perfect. The staff makes you feel that it is important that you have a good time. I would recommend Beach front room. I would also recommend doing some of the trips that they can arrange such as Monkey River and Silk Key snorkling.
