Entire space is included in this rental, please make yourself at home. You will have access to half of the garage for washer and dryer use.

The place has security cameras around the area for your safety.

Parking:
There are 4 parking spaces on the driveway. If more space is needed, please park ONLY in front of the house. Street sweeping is on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Guest is responsible for street sweeping fines.

No early check-in or late check-out to ensure our cleaners provide good services.

Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM. Amplified music is not allowed outside of property anytime per city rule. The city provides neighbors with a 24-hour hotline to report noise concerns. Loud noise that disturbs neighbors may result in eviction. Guest will be charged a minimum $250.00 fee for noise/compliance complaints.
