We asked for a pet room, so I expected it to smell like dog. I def don’t expect it to have the paintings ripped off the walls, a giant splinter in the tub surround, dirty floors and for it to reek of cigarettes. It was horrible, the curtains were off enough to let the parking lot lights right on my face the entire night. I reached out to BW Corp with no response. 😡

Lots of random people in hallway throughout the day entire bottom floow smelled like weed lots of loud noisy people fighting people allowing dogs to roam the hallway hallways felt old bathroom in room really old needs upgrade

Nice large room with a good hvac system. Unfortunately someone in the room above us was doing something that made our ceiling creak and groan from 10:00 pm to 11:30. Bed was hard and lumpy too. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.
