There was a weird clicking noise in my room, apparently caused by the telephone. Curtains were stained, and the ancient vacuum cleaner smells like burned wool or something, and was totally stinking up the hallways. Is it really that hard to buy a new vacuum? But the people who work there are nice, rooms are large, and the breakfast was decent.

The staff was very friendly. The room was not worth what we paid. I should’ve booked at the Motel 6 just down the street. The part of the hotel we stayed in is outdated with visible age and damages in the bathroom. There was black mold growing in the shower and you could tell that older mold had been painted over in our room. There was dog kibble on the floor when we went into the room. The window shades had holes in them and didn’t lay flat against the wall so the extremely bright LED parking lot lights poured into the room and it felt like daytime in the room the entire night. The bed was at least very clean and comfortable. But a comfortable bed does nothing if you can’t sleep from the light that you can’t block out of the room. The entire hotel also smelled strongly of cheap carpet deodorizing powder.

They offer ice buckets in the room but when I looked for an ice machine it was out of order. Have more TV channels, Fix curtains to close out lights. Get usable pillows, these are way to big to be comfortable.. I normally stay up stairs, but this time was offered down stairs. The bad part about that was there were children directly above me and they were jumpiming up and down makeing alot of undesireable noise

The woman at check in was friendly and the breakfast was fine. However, the room was not clean-spider webs, hair, smudges on the mirrors, something that had splashed and dried on the bathroom wall. The stains on the carpet, chair, and lampshades added to the feeling of a neglected room. We will not be staying there again.

We really like the location, your staff have been super, but you need some maintenance, Your hydraulic chairs no longer work in a few rooms. Your electric wall plugs are worn out, when I plug in my plugs for hearing aids and I phone they don’t charge because your plugs are worn out and need replacing. We love this place but…,,,,
