Our unit has been rebuilt and is all brand new—first time opening since Hurricane Ian in 2023. Please note: while the beaches are as beautiful as ever, some nearby units are currently under construction.

Ferry is provided and operational. A 6-passenger golf cart is provided at no additional cost and is operational (technician visits on Saturdays for any repairs needed).

Beautiful newly remodeled condo on LGI! Awesome views of the sunrise out the back screened-in porch overlooking the pond and amazing sunsets on the beach. Great amenities in the condo complex including free parking on the mainland, free ferry, heated pool, boat slip, and meticulously maintained grounds! This is the ultimate getaway to unwind from the busyness of life! Enjoy the sandy beaches and explore the island’s beautiful paths—once you’re here you won’t want to leave!!!

This newly remodeled condo features two bedrooms and two full baths—one upstairs and one downstairs. Also included is a fully stocked kitchen with all the necessary utensils. There is one TV in the main living area, plus free WiFi. Wonderful screened-in back porch to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the pond! Also included is a full-size washer and dryer. In the lower storage area there is everything you need for a day at the beach—sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella and more! There is a gas and charcoal grill available for use as well (you will need to provide your own charcoal or propane). Condo has everything you will need to enjoy your stay on the island including bath towels, beach towels and bedding! Just bring your bathing suit, sandals, and enjoy the paradise of Little Gasparilla Island!

Property includes complete private access to the condo and all amenities provided by the association including private secured parking, free ferry every 2–3 hours, heated pool, boat slip and Gulf-side beach access!

On the island you will enjoy all the privacy and charm that Little Gasparilla has to offer! Grocery delivery is available on the island along with amazing brick oven pizza (no grocery or restaurant on the island). On the mainland there is a Publix and Walmart within a very short drive to do all your grocery shopping. There are also many fine dining restaurants on Boca Grande (10 minutes from ferry).

There is free parking on the mainland and a free ferry to the island provided by the condo association. There are no cars permitted on the island.

Please Note:
-Little Gasparilla Island "LGI" is bridge-less & is ACCESSIBLE ONLY BY BOAT OR THE PROVIDED FERRY.
-Some other units nearby are currently under construction.
-Golf Cart provided at no additional cost & is operational. We cannot guarantee the golf cart to be perfect condition for the duration of your stay. We do our best to get ahead of repairs and to provide an alternative if cart is rendered inoperable at any point. Our technician generally only can come on Saturdays for any repairs needed.
-Minimum Age of Primary Renter is 25 years of age, and Primary renter must be on site for duration of stay and sign a Rental Agreement.
-No pets and no parties allowed.

We were a little nervous about staying on an island without shops or restaurants, but the host immediately put us at ease and gave us all the right tips to make the experience enjoyable and stress-free.From the moment you step onto the island, the experience begins. The ferry captain and even the people arriving with you create such a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, it’s relaxing from the very start and truly unlike anything we’ve experienced before.They’ve done an amazing job creating a peaceful getaway with everything you need to feel comfortable and completely unwind. It really feels like a special little escape from the everyday.There is still some rebuilding and construction happening around the island, but it didn’t take away from the experience at all and certainly wouldn’t discourage us from returning.We absolutely loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat this place is a hidden gem and a truly unforgettable getaway.

This is a beautiful island to stay on, the Hideaway beach club gives you a taste to island life. We have been before and was looking forward to our trip. It is a shame the host did not pre warn that there is still lots of work happening around their property and the island itself, letting us know would have prepared us for the shock we got on arrival.

My family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this renovated condo on LGI. It had all the things we needed for our vacation. The condo was very clean and spacious. The 6 seater golf cart was an added bonus that made traveling the island easier for us as well.

Weekend Getaway

We found this rental to be a nice quiet end of summer getaway. We enjoyed the golf cart trips to the beach where we spent most of the day. We made sure to return each evening to watch the beautiful sunsets. The kayaks were put to good use to explore the ocean and the beach umbrellas provided much needed shade. We truly enjoyed the quiet island and treasured family time. We would recommend this property to others for a beach vacation.

R & R at it’s best

Our family has been visiting Little Gasparilla Island over 24 years. We try to come at least twice a year. This was our first stay in this condo and let me just say how GREAT this place is. The 6 passenger golf cart was a HUGE plus. The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. They also have games for family game night. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas or beach toys all is included. Pack light, you really only need bathing suits!!! We will definitely be returning!!!

2nd time around

This is our 2nd time staying here and it was just as great if not better than the 1st. We've thought of getting a house but the convenience of the ferry, parking and golf cart has lured us back again. Always clean, has everything you need! Owners are superb at communication.

Fantastic!

Our family enjoyed every part of our stay! The condo was great, well stocked and easy access to the intercoastal waterway side where we kept our boat and the beach. The golf cart made traveling with our toddler easy we enjoyed exploring the island. Heads up if you like to sleep in, bring an eye mask. Thank you Jason for a wonderful birthday weekend. Fantastic getaway!

Wow, our family (worth two kids under 10) had the best time here! The island is absolutely amazing and we loved having such easy access to the beach and the ocean. We’ll be back! The place was really cute and just right for what we needed - washer and dryer on site was super helpful.

Beautifully remodeled condo with all of the amenities!

This was our 4th year coming to Little Gasparilla and staying at Hideaway Bay. We have stayed in a different condo each year and this one was by far the most nicely and tastefully remodeled. It had all of the amenities that you could possibly want, both inside the condo and for activities outdoors. The 6-passenger golf cart was great and worked perfectly for our family.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time. We alternated between the pool in the mornings and the beach in the afternoons. Very relaxing and just what we needed. Lots of toys and beach stuff included (chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc) that was very useful. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo at Hideaway bay was nicely remodeled and clean. My family really enjoyed our stay and the heated pool was a nice surprise. Although our trip was cut short by a storm it was well worth it!

Hidden Gem

This is where people from Florida go to vacation.. Our family prefers not to be on crowded beaches and in packed restaurants fighting for parking. If you have kids that like exploring, this is it. Great condo and owner. We will be back again and again.

The owner was friendly and responsive. We had a hiccup with the dryer not working and owner Jason sent a repairman out on the next ferry to look at and authorize repairs (broken belt). The water is beautiful (I'm not an ocean swimmer but spent hrs in it here). Would definately stay again.
