The rental was as shown in the photos that were provided before making the reservation. The location was great for going to Boca Grande and to other beaches / restaurants in the area. This townhouse has a lot of steps to reach the two floors above the garage (not an issue for us), but the elevator provided to be very useful for luggage and groceries. Living space had a huge couch that could have had some tables and less couch pieces to have a more useful area while watching the TV. The cable/ TV selections were rather limited but was able to connect my PC to the TV and view channels that I have via my home internet service. The bicycles provided were very useful for going to the pool. The lanai could use some better chairs and a table to make this space more useable for eating and relaxing. The grill that was on the 1st floor lanai was unusable - dirty and rusted. Even with the couple of negative issues, we had an excellent time and met many friendly people that were either renters like us or permanent residents during our 6 weeks stay. Would consider renting in this community in the future.
