Probably did not see the area at its best as it was raining and on a Sunday it was quite difficult to get something to eat. The hotel was very clean. Pillows not too great. Breakfast was ok, continental so standard in Spain. Staff at the desk and at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Good location.

Convenient and easy

We had 2 nights in Plasencia and the Hotel Exe Alfonso VII was a great base. The staff were very friendly and we felt most welcome. Would recommend!
