The space
Villa Vasiliki is located at the rural suburb of Modi, only 3-4min driving from the vibrant city of Platanias. Its position gives it a distinct advantage as within 5-10min driving you are at sandy beaches, supermarkets, beach bars, coffee places, tavernas, and equally important… the exit/entrance to the motorway that gets you to Balos, Falassarna and Elafonisi. At the same times you are distant from any noise and you can keep you peacefulness which ensures you the perfect holidays.

•Bedrooms
The flat offers two spacious and bright bedrooms. Each bedroom has A/C units, queen size beds, bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes. All rooms are bathed in plenty of sunlight, and offer views of the surrounding area. They are beautifully decorated in pale textiles, wooden and iron furniture.

• Bathroom
There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials, towels & toiletries are provided for our guests.

• Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern electrical appliances to help you prepare any meal of the day. Among all the other basic and essential electrical appliances, there is also a microwave, kettle, toaster and espresso maker.

• Living Room
The living room has one main sitting area with two sofas, an armchair and a coffee table plus one more cosier sitting area with TV. The dining table has 4 chairs and it is very elegantly chosen. Plenty of light and views coming from the doors and windows and of course there is direct access to the terrace. The room is air-conditioned.

• Outdoors
The flat has a beautiful, spacious terrace with views of the mountains and the greater area. It is ideal for your relaxing moments, enjoying your meals, drinks or just reading your favourite book. Should you feel the temperature rising… and you feel lazy going to the beach, the swimming pool is there to help you to chill out.
