This property has 3 total units in the building. One of the units is occupied by a long-term tenant. You will stay in the other 2 units, which are next to each other, side-by-side. Each unit has its own private entrance, so you will have access to two separate smart lock code combinations.

Guests are permitted to use the backyard and fire pit.

1) This listing is separated into two individual units that each have their own private entrance. The units are directly next to each other.

2) There are train tracks near the property that create a potential for noise. The train honks a horn as it passes through Plattsburgh. Most people have no problem with the noise, but we want to make sure guests are aware! This might also be a safety concern for those with small children.

**A 20% refundable security deposit will be held on the credit card used to book. This hold will take place starting two days before check-out and will automatically be refunded 7 days after check-out.
