Perfect location in Playa

The location is absolutely fabulous, walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars as well as groceries and the ADO bus. The security is the best, Adrian is always on hand to help out with water jug replacement and any questions you may have, he keeps the pool area nice and clean. The pool area is a great place to hang out with a couple of patio tables and chairs, The Condo itself was what we expected , nice and clean and functional. The living room furniture is a bit worn and the king bed was very hard, but we purchased a foam at Walmart to solve that problem. I would suggest that the stove and oven be replaced as it is not very level and hard to light and use. All in all I recommend this property.

Location, location!

We spend the month of March- my husband and I in this apartment. The best thing about this two bedroom condo is the location. It is close to everything: the beach, the 5th avenue, restaurants, shops, Walmart etc. Also we really enjoyed the pool, refreshing and perfect for children. We had the visit of our daughter and her toddler for two weeks. Nothing fancy in the condo; therefore with a 2 year old less stress. The lobby is quite nice and well cared for. The place is secure with a 24 hour guardian; we view the pool from our balcony. There is a small washer and a small dryer- very practical. The wifi and air conditioning work well. There is a large TV - most channels in spanish- but we could not reprogram it after a short power outrage. In general we liked the place. Since very close to the action we hear traffic and church bells but we get use to it quickly. There were a few small maintenance items to be cared for but nothing to disturb our stay. When mentioned to the owner he said everything will be taken care of asap. Very good communication with him.
