Your stay includes one cleaning before your arrival and another at the end of your stay. If you need an additional cleaning during your stay, we will be happy to coordinate it for an extra cost. We just need you to let us know in advance so we can schedule it.

We kindly ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:

- The reservation is only for registered guests; visits, extra guests, and pets are not allowed.

- Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.

- The use of speakers is only allowed within the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.

- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.

- The toilets in the area cannot handle paper inside the bowl, and also, to care for the environment, we ask you not to throw any other objects that may cause blockage and contamination.

- Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is not allowed.

- Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you are unsure where to dispose of the garbage, please ask us.

- Respect the speed limits to reach the property.

- Swimwear is mandatory for pool use. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.

- It is not allowed to bring food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes, and balloons to the pool area.


⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards, or towels incurs a cost of $20 US each.

- For each rule not followed, the condominium or the neighbors' committee may charge up to $200 USD as a penalty or involve the police for eviction due to misconduct.

- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, you should not exceed this limit.

- You have total privacy in the property; however, if there is any force majeure event where we need access, we will notify you in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc.).
