When it's time to rest and recharge, the bedroom has a plush king-sized bed with a new mattress, nightstands and reading lamps on both sides, another wall-mounted Smart TV, ample closet and storage space, and a safe box for your valuables. There’s also a spacious and modern bathroom with a stand-in shower and ample storage space. The building features a security desk near the entrance and a shared laundry room where you can wash and dry your clothes. We include one free use of the laundry facilities as our guest; after that, there’s a fee. There’s also a parking space for this unit on the premises if you’re arriving by car. If you come by car, you’ll have a parking spot at the complex, but just know this location puts you within walking distance of almost everything! For any sightseeing or activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by ‘colectivo’ (shared-ride vans) or the first-class ADO bus (station just across the street!) where you need to go. Please respect the neighbors. - Hanging clothes or towels over the balcony is not allowed. - Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it. - One use of the laundry facilities is included. If you wish to use it more than once, it’s 100 pesos per use (washer & dryer) if the load is less than 7 kilos. You can pay at the front desk. - There are outdoor security cameras for safety and security. - Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay. - Pets are not allowed. - Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. - No unregistered guests will be permitted on the property without written permission from the property management/owner. - Check-in and check-out times must be respected.
