Welcome to Luna Maya, a hidden treasure 1 block from the beach.

This intimate development consists of 36 units in 6 separate buildings nestled in a quiet area of Coco Beach. Privacy and peace & quiet are the first things that come to mind when trying to describe this beautiful development. There is a main courtyard with a pool that is maintained daily, a palapa with ample seating and lounge chairs to soak up the sun. With a great location and immaculately maintained grounds, Luna Maya makes for the ideal travel accommodations.

Sol 1 is a beautiful one bedroom unit that sleeps 4 just off the pool. The bedroom has a queen sized bed with full bathroom and plenty of closet space. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is open to the dining area and living room where you'll find a couch that doubles as a queen sized bed. Just off the living room, you'll find the good sized terrace and views of the pool and common area.

This quiet ground floor unit make it a perfect choice for the couple looking to relax or a family with a young child looking to be close to the pool.

The description & pics don’t match the reality. Is NOT “a queen bed”, just full size. The sofa is NOT a sofa bed, is just “a wide sofa”
 the pool outside is “half empty”, the location is kind of sketchy, the host is mean & rude. I had to call insistinly “to get instruction for the check in” is very difficult to get a hold of anybody! They don’t care!
once I got there, finally a woman contacted me & told me TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY “bc I was annoying ppl with my calls”& told me they will refund my money, which NEVER HAPPENED!!! I’VE GOT SCAMMED!!!! & I’m still fighting to get my money back!!! I’Ve got insulted, humilliated, kicked out & scammed.

Very Nice condo

Our check-in was a little rocky because they failed to send an email with check-in instructions and the door code. However, everything was fine after that. We really liked the condo and it’s location. The pool and property were awesome. Security is present 24/7 and they were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place, maintenance came quickly to fix small things. However the kitchen sink stopper was missing and never got one the whole week. Also the bed was very hard. Nice pool area and fairly quiet.

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check in and check out was very easy and the communication with our host couldn't have been any better. She was so helpful through out our stay. The security guards were always there to help us, if we needed them. It is a very safe and secure condo. The location was very good and within walking distance to everything. The outside grounds were nicely taken care of and the pool was very clean. We would stay here again.

A wonderful escape that is located between the beach and 5th Ave.

So close to so many of the highlights of Playa del Carmen. The condo was well stocked with kitchen necessities as well as a beach umbrella and a sand blanket for the beach. Steps outside the sliding glass door is the pool and the grounds are very well kept. Very secure as well - you have to be let in and out by security every time you come and go which I would feel very comfortable bringing my children here. The owner was very responsive to any and all requests before and during our stay. We would love to come back one day!!
