Be our first guest and enjoy a stylish experience at this new studio, just foot steps away from Avenida 5 - the heart and soul of Playa del Carmen. This studio is well-designed, comes with an Apple TV, kitchen (one of the rare places with electric cookers instead of the common ones with gas), beautiful bathroom with a huge sink, sofa bed and balcony... In the community area on the roof top there is a beautiful and clean pool with lying mats, public shower and barbecue grill. This cozy king studio comes with a kingsize bed and a sofa that can be used as a sofa bed - perfect for up to 4 guests. The kitchen has all the cooking amenities you need, including: 1 blender 1 toaster 1 coffee machine (coffee powder and cream powder is available in the shelves) 1 electric kettle (for those who prefer to drink tea - and we have a variety of teas available in the shelves) Salt, pepper and cooking oil are available in the shelves as well (all for free). The studio has one luxury bathroom - we provide you with shampoo and conditioner at our own expense - and there's an additional shared bathroom and public shower on the roof top. Wi-Fi is strong enough to stream any movie in UltraHD and the TV is connected to an Apple TV. You can access the common areas and relax on the roof top or swim in the roof top pool. There's also a garage if you are looking for a free parking spot. The DK05 building is located in Calle 48 between the famous 5th avenue and "Avenida 10". A walk to the beach is maybe 3-5 minutes and Fifth Avenue is just a few footsteps after you leave the front door. There is a newly opened 7-11 in the same crossing of the 5th Avenue. There are plenty of small, local bars and restaurants just in front of the door and a few streets further south is Calle 38 where you can find a lot of famous and prestige restaurants. In the daytime there are plenty of small local shops to buy clothings and souvenirs. And if you're up for a longer walk, just a few streets further north is the entry to a different, more quiet and privat part of the beach. Many taxis are driving through Calle 48 and there are lots of them waiting for customers one street south in CTM (a bigger main street) - but should you require a private driver at a specific time, let us know and we can suggest you drivers that are safe and trustworthy. After you leave the entrance door, there's an Italian street restaurant to the right and to the left you can find 5th avenue. There you find both a new 7-11 as well as lots of small restaurants - the closest is called "Los Huevos" and also an Argentinian street ice cream shop. If you walk from the 5th avenue to the bigger street (called CTM), you can either continue walking down the 5th avenue or turn right to find an Oxxo, some good cheap Mexican street restaurants and if you continue to walk CTM street that way, there is a good small shop to buy local, organic fruits and vegetables. Should you decide to turn left and walk down the hill, you will find some more restaurants and a 7-11 at the end (close to the beach) - and then finally access the beach.
