Another excellent visit
We've stayed in this building several times. The building is located in a good spot, not to far from 5th Avenue, the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores.This is our second year staying in this particular unit. I could describe the condo and the building but the listing does a good job of that. For the price it meets our needs nicely. It is clean and has everything that most people would need.The condo is a little bit dates and could use a makeover. Some of the furnishings have seen better days. That said, you have to remember that it is a vacation rental and not a hotel. The real stand out feature of this property is the property management staff. Any questions or concerns we had were answered promptly. Even when the area had a power outage ... which is obviously no fault of the condo owners ... however the management staff kept us informed of what was going on and when the power would be back on.We've rented many places in the past 20 years or so. No one place is perfect, but this condo comes pretty close. The few small things that it lacks are more than made up for with the great client service.We would gladly rent this condo again.
