Upstairs master with home office nook, private lounge area right outside with small ambient temp plunge pool. The kitchen is stocked with all the tools any cook might need and long bar for cocktail nights or easy serving (no oven). Kids toys available along with beach towels, coolers, lounge chairs, umbrellas and items to take to the beach to relax. Washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience as well as A/C in every area. We enjoyed a wonderful 1 month stay at this Private 2 story penthouse. The beds were comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, plenty of hot water for showers and plush towels. It was very convenient having a washer and dryer inside the unit. The patio overlooking the pool is a great place to relax, have refreshments, grill food and watch the sunrise. The pool, hot tub and lounge chairs are very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the private beach club located adjacent to the complex. The location is secure, within walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

We just returned from an amazing family trip to Playa del Carmen, where we stayed at the Elements. The Elements is in a great part of town - outside of the chaos but everything in Playa is accessible with a short walk. Plenty of nearby cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. The condo unit was spacious, clean and exactly as advertised. The property manager, Lilian was responsive and professional. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay at the Elements. The condo was very comfortable and spacious and very well equipped. We cooked ourselves often as the groceries store was within walking distance, as we're multiple fabulous restaurants. Our concierge was very helpful and available for all needs. Thank you Lillian! It was so quiet and getting a pool or beach spot was never a concern. My husband doesn't want to ever stay anywhere other than the Elements again. The only negative for us, was the water pressure was very low, and the smell at the beach could be pretty bad some days.

Disappointed with having to throw food out due to constant ants in the kitchen, one of the bedrooms shower never had hot water, AC issues that got fixed quickly, broken lock on the back door, it remained unlocked during our whole stay.

We had a wonderful time and the pool was a deal maker! We had a few issues while there
toilet tank not filling up with water so wouldn’t flush( was fixed a couple days after we reported it to Lilian). Had some tiny ants in the kitchen, which never got addressed, but not a big deal. Overall, a very nice condo and in walking distance to 5th Ave and surrounding areas. Great vacation!!

Great location and pool

Communication was excellent between the owner, manager and myself. Penthouse is in a great location in Playa del Carmen, just off of 5th ave, and within walking distance of restaurants, and grocery stores. Bed were super comfortable, and there were blackout blinds for all rooms. We enjoyed our stay.

Good location, beach club was nice. Great pool. The unit has 3 bathrooms and a whirlpool tub, but only a 15 gallon water heater, it runs out of hot water in about 90 seconds when all 3 showers are in use. Could use a 50 gallon water heater for a unit with 3 bathrooms.

Family Friendly Spring Break - Perfection

Finding great places for our family of 7 can be challenging. The property was beautiful. The pool area is great for all ages; different depth pools to serve up sun for all. A quick walk to tons of shops and great dining. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Lilian was fantastic and a great help during our stay and after when we became stranded from cancelled flights. A beautiful and safe location for families.

Wonderful beachfront location

We were very pleased with our stay at PH8 in 'The Elements' property. The free on site parking, 7-11 across the street, clean, private beach and private beach front chairs were incredible.Our only downfall was that we thought we'd have an outdoor grill for cooking (shown in the pictures), and there was no dishwasher in the unit, but now know that was an oversite by me when booking.We would highly recommend this property anyone looking for a great, safe location in Playa del Carmen. Lillian was very prompt and amazing with answering any questions we had during our stay, as well as providing great restaurant options to us! Thank you!

Fantastic stay in playa de Carmen

We had a great spring break week staying at the elements. The unit is beautiful and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The pool is perfect, very large and not crowded at all. The beach club is very convenient to have right there. Neighborhood was very fun to walk around - plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The host Ann was very easy to work with. Great Location

Our group was 13-65 in ages...Great ammenities, small beach for any playtime, but the pool and beach club made up for that. Our host Lillian did a great job at communicating and helped us with all of our excursions. Pool was beautiful and very comfortable loiunge chairs! This is an older community that we enjoyed with minimal kiddos. Definitely do the cave snorkeling! Night life was only 10-20 minute walk. We felt very safe!

Clean & Spacious

Our party of 7 had plenty of room in this clean & spacious rental. Kitchen was well equipped & we had plenty of towels for both bathroom & beach use. Within waking distance to 5th & many great places to eat. Beach area was a little smaller than anticipated but was clean & well maintained. Beach bar a huge plus ran by friendly staff. Security is also taken very seriously. Lillian the concierge is more than helpful & was always quick to respond. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting PDC.
