Our stay at Oceana Residences was EXCELLENT! Check in was welcoming & easy with Brandon at the front desk. There was always security at the front desk & very safe neighborhood. The apartment was very clean/stocked with everything needed. We only cooked a few times. Washer/dryer was great to have. Beds were comfortable, showers where good with pressure & temperatures. Nice to have a balcony & the place was on a quiet side of the street. Close to 5th ave but cannot hear the noise, 7 eleven was on the corner but there is a supermarket a couple of blocks away which have a beautiful bakery & everything else you would need. Beach is a 2 minute walk & although you get 2 loungers at Mamitas, you cannot bring a cooler & drink your own drinks. It is VERY there. We just bought some beach chairs & used a cooler. It was hard to find the beach chairs so would be nice if there was some at the apartment to take to the beach (my only suggestion to the owners). Beach towels were very nice. Our 23 yr old daughter slept in the "alcove" which was a cute area & then had her own bathroom. Very comfortable for 3 adults (u could have 4). Lali was also excellent & provided us with an extra key & excellent communication. Pool was nice/refreshing but we preferred the beach as it had less kids having fun. lol There is a bar/restaurant attached which is fabulous! We will stay here again,
