Fake / Fraudulent Listing

I booked this unit and was never able to get instructions or a reply from the host (Raphael) I assumed he would respond the day of check in and thought maybe there was a wifi issue. I physically went to the unit to check in and was told that the unit was never listed on VRBO and that that specific unit was already rented. This left me with no place to stay although payment for the unit had already come out of my credit card (which was why I assumed the unit was legitimate)No only did I have no where to go I was out over 1,000
