We re-connected with one another in the PERFECT place
Costa Rica was new to us. We hoped we had picked a good location. WE DID! After renting a car (as we new we wanted to explore a few additional areas) we drove to our home away from home - and it was exactly that. We wanted our adult children to be comfortable with their own spaces. We also wanted to cook together and play games in the evening. We had other family staying at other locations visit once in a while. The patio was a favourite gathering place to watch incredible sunsets. The staff throughout the property including security were excellent and helped improve our Spanish. We were close enough to the beach and restaurants (Ginger really is spectacular) and small corner stores so we could make burritos, nachos and always have tequila on hand. It was absolutely perfect. Melissa, thank you for being such a great host and creating such a warm environment where we could be together, feel safe, and connected.

Perfect penthouse, perfect location
This property is very well appointed. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Every worked perfectly. Loved the beach and calm, less touristy town. Gorgeous harbour, easy access to a Mini Mart and beach side bars.

Relaxing Vacation
Our vacation was amazing. This condo was very spacious, clean and well located to everything we needed. Great views from the balcony and comfortable throughout. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry were stcoked and allowed us to pack light. The bodega and restaurants across the street were super convenient. Everything you need (beach, restaurants, bars) is easily within walking distance and sunsets are amazing! Pools are big and relaxing, gate staff were super friendly, and property was well kept. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again on our next trip to Costa Rica.

Amazing and perfect condo!!
We had such an amazing experience with our rental. We were looking for some much needed R&R and Melissa’s condo delivered all of that and more! The condo is extremely spacious and well supplied with all of our needs. The outdoor swimming pools (there are two), were magnificent The views of the water were breathtaking to wake up to; and the short 3-minute walk to the beach was unbeatable. Foodnication and Ginger’s were two restaurants that were a 2 minute walk and were our favorites. I can’t wait to come back to Costa Rica. I’ll definitely be staying here again. Pura Vida!

Très bel appartement spacieux/ Great spacious apartment
Nous avons été très satisfaits de ce vaste appartement situé au 7e étage accessible via un ascenseur. Très propre, très bien équipé et confortable. L’appart a un très grand balcon avec une superbe vue. A proximité de la plage (moins de 5 minutes à pied) et de petits restos sympathiques donnant sur la plage. Accès sécurisé et stationnement. Il y a 2 piscines sur place et un gym. Restos à proximité: Je vous recommande le Foodnication et le Ginger ( 5 min à pied). Pour finir, Melissa était facile à joindre et les échanges faciles et rapides. Je recommande chaleureusement cet appartement. Pura vida! ———————————- We really appreciate this apartment. We had an excellent time. The condo is spacious and very well equipped . The view from the balcony is amazing. / There is a secured access , a parking , 2 swimming pool and a gym. We are less than 5 minutes walk to the beach where there are small nice restaurants. We recommand the Foodnication and the Ginger near the place( 5 min walk) Finally, Melissa is easy to join and give an excellent service. We recommand this apartment without hesitation! Pura vida!
