Reserve this entire house complete with queen size beds, work space, 3 full bathroom & jacuzzi tub, and access to a luxurious large kitchen, living room, laundry, large backyard and free on site parking. Enjoy exciting restaurants, cafes, shops, venues, and nightlife in Ferndale & Royal Oak, & Detroit!

My newly renovated home is two-story modern beauty with a bit of rustic craftsman charm. The large, open plan first floor features a comfortable living room complete with television, Netflix, HBO, and Hulu. The dining area features a large 15' handmade live edge table that can seat up to 12 guests, and the luxurious kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to make a delicious meal. There is 1 bedroom on the first floor with a private full shower bathroom next to. The second floor features the master suite, as well as 2 comfortable queen bed guest rooms and bathroom you'll enjoy. The laundry is also located on the second floor, and available for you to use.

Great place & stellar host!
The house was fantastic. It more that met all of our needs. It was clean and lots of really nice touches. Plenty of towels, blankets and everything you’d need for your stay. A beautiful home. Colby was a great host. Super communicative and was flexible on check-in and check-out times and the check-out process was as easy as I’ve experienced. Highly recommend this property.
