Outstanding hotel. All the staff are lovely, very friendly and helpful. The facilities are excellent; spa is probably the best we have been to. Breakfast and room service both delicious. Parking at the hotel or in public parking opposite both convenient and the little town and beach at arms reach. Always a joy to stay here and highly recommend. Very good value for money. Dog friendly too!

Very nice location close to the beach in the middle of this seaside town. Nice and polite personal. Breakfast buffet well furnished with fresh and local products. Swimming pool dedicated to the SPA.

Un séjour dans l'ensemble plutôt agréable mais en comparaison avec d'autres établissements de la même catégorie que nous fréquentons, le spa du val André est en dessous. L'espace SPA est surpeuplé (le séjour a eu lieu un week end fin mars hors vacances scolaires). Idem pour la salle du petit déjeuner. Une ambiance très thalasso (logique) mais si vous craignez le trop plein de peignoirs, à éviter. Une chambre vue sur mer calme, agréable mais manque cafetière, petite attention à l'arrivée..Un personnel poli mais cela n'ira pas jusqu'au côté chaleureux. En résumé, un établissement très propre qui manque d'âme et d'ambiance plus cocooning (alors que cela est possible pour l'avoir vécu dans un établissement avec de nombreuses chambres). La position de l'hotel, en revanche, est très bien pour visiter la région: Cap Erquy, Cap Fréhel.

8/10. La chambre est sympa avec un jolie salle de bain (dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de chambre avec douche), du rangement et un frigo frais. L'emplacement est calme, avec un parking gratuit en face. Le personnel est accueillant, le wifi est bon et il y a une bouteille d'eau d'accueil. Le spa est sympa mais trop bruyant à cause d'un cours d'aquagym qui nous a empêché de profiter du calme espéré, et le hammam n'est pas assez chaud. Le matelas et les oreillers étaient bien trop ferme et il faisait un peu trop frais dans la chambre malgré la température mise au maximum autorisé.

Cet hotel s'enfonce doucement dans la vieillesse dans années 2010. Le bassin est vraiment daté, les installations vraiment pas moderne.. Trop cher pour le service rendu. Sinon l'hotel est bien placé, le personnel accueillant. Ah oui, une bouteille d'eau en 33cl pour deux, c'est très mesquin..
