Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: - a living room with kitchenette, - a toilet under the stairs with storage. On the 1st floor: - a bedroom on the garden side with 1 double bed 160X200, - a bedroom on the street side with 2 single beds 90X200, which can be combined into a large bed on prior request, - a bathroom (bathtub, small shower (75x80 cm), sink). South-East side: the living room opens onto the 10 m² paved terrace and a small 72 m² garden, all enclosed. At the back of the latter, a room will keep bicycles dry and safe. North-West side: the cottage borders the street used by local residents and in which you can park easily. Gite adjoining third parties on both sides. Raphaël and Sylvie, who live on the same street and have just finished renovating this accommodation, will be able to give you their local suggestions (parties, walks, restaurants, etc.). Pretty cottage in the small, authentic and discreet district of Couvran on the heights of Plérin, above the port of Légué and Saint-Laurent. In the middle of the old stone houses stands the jewel of the place: the small chapel of Saint-Maudez, built in the 6th century and restored by the inhabitants of the district at the turn of the 1960s and 1970s. Here lived workers, laborers and peasants, a district of landowners. A setting conducive to discovering all the facets of the town of Plérin (lively port, numerous beaches, Pointe du Roselier and its viewpoint, GR34 coastal path, Sunday morning market, ...). The neighboring Saint Brieuc on the other side of the banks of the Gouët will also be worth a detour. More broadly, the strategic position of the town on the RN12 axis will allow you to wander very easily throughout the department. Welcome to the Bay of Saint Brieuc !! A cottage that lives up to its name! Especially when you know that the owners dedicate their lives to the sea and its riches. It's up to you to stop off in Plérin and while you're at it, make it a gentle one!
