Book our spacious family house for your vacations or as your home office: 250m2 on the ground, on a wooded garden of 6000m2 with direct access to the little frequented beaches of Kermagen and Brestan, with a wild and preserved coastline (and whose coasts are not affected by the green algae phenomenon). Quiet and out of sight, you will enjoy the large interior and exterior spaces to share unique moments with your family and friends; you can park up to 5 or 6 cars directly on the property.
The house is built in traditional Brittany granite stone, which gives it its authentic character. The location and the size of the garden offer a real intimacy for convivial and festive moments protected from any vis-Ă -vis, ideal for a stay of 1, 2 or 3 families or between friends.

With a capacity of 12 people, our residence offers a very large living room, opening on the sea view and the garden, which integrates the dining room and the large sofa in front of the fireplace - the whole invites to cocooning!
Very well equipped and decorated with large original photos, and other paintings and sculptures, the villa is oriented to capture every day of the year the beautiful sunsets.
The most digitally minded appreciates the large flat screen TV in the living room and the one coupled with a Playstation in the master bedroom. And YES ... THERE IS WIFI OF COURSE!

Our direct environment is very rich from a food point of view, with a wide range of locally fisheries â notably providing local famous oysters and lobsters. But one can also find local and organic farm products, and numerous open markets. The peninsula also raises its own lamb and beef from the Aubrac breed. There is also seaweed cooking...
Our kitchen has been designed to meet the needs of gourmets. You will certainly appreciate, as did our previous tenants, its central island (photo 9 and 10), its oven and several appliances: SodaStream, pizza oven, raclette machines, waffle iron, connected food processor. Finally, a complete equipment: quality cutlery, many pie plate, a small electric wine cellar and an assortment of glasses, carafes and beakers for the tasting of good wines, ciders and local whiskies...
GREAT SLEEP WHILE BEING LULLED BY THE SOUND OF THE WAVES
Your residence includes a beautiful master bedroom, a master suite with private bathroom and toilet, and three other large bedrooms. They are all located on the second floor except for one which is accessible immediately after the entrance door on the first floor. The bedding is new and of high quality, all linens are provided.
You'll be fighting over who gets to sleep in the master bedroom!
This room of more than 20m2 is located on the first floor and has 5 very large openings that bathe it in natural light. You will enjoy the most beautiful sea view from the villa. Equipped with a king-size bed 180x200 and a high crawling ceiling, it offers an exceptional volume for your privacy.
Also on the first floor, the "master suite" occupies 30m2. It is decorated in the typical Breton style. It has a Queen-size bed 160 x 200 with a view on the sea. A second large bedroom, similar to a suite, is accessible from the first floor, with a king-size bed, decorated in a refined and relaxing style, with a view of the garden and the sea. Bathroom, laundry room and toilet are adjacent to this room.
A 4th comfy room located on the first floor, measuring 17m2 with a Queen-size bed, also has a view on the sea and the garden: to rest and read with a restful view on the big eucalyptus and the sea.
A 5th and last room on the first floor, 22m2, has 4 beds 90x200, with sea view too.
Practical: the villa has two large staircases to access the second floor, which allows several families to live together without stepping on each other's feet!
For babies: serious Stokke wooden bed with mattress and cover, high chair; note that the two bathrooms upstairs have a bathtub.
On the first floor, the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. For those who appreciate laundry that smells the fresh air, a solid dryer is located outside to catch sun and wind.

The immediate access to the beach makes the Kermohic property ideal for swimmers, divers, windsurfers of all kinds, kayakers, photo 32 - fishermen on foot or with a rod, but also for photographers: you walk thirty seconds and you are in the action! The bay in front of the property benefits from very large tidal ranges, the sea being able to withdraw over several kilometers and discover rocky scenery worthy of Star Wars. The landscape is always changing, whether it is the sea, the rocks, or the sky for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets!
The region is also home to a large number of birds that attract birdwatchers: notably at the Sillon de Talbert (8 minutes away by car, a Unesco listed site, photo 37 and 45), the bay of Saint-Brieuc and the Seven Islands Nature Reserve off Perros-Guirec (30 minutes by car, then boat from Port Blanc): more than 110 species between St Brieuc and the Seven Islands ... razorbills, gannets, crested cormorants, puffins, common guillemots, herring gulls, brown and herring gulls...
