South exposed house with a garden facing the golf of Saint Laurent fairways. Heated swimming pool in the residence, opened from june to september. Shopping at 2 kms and beaches at 7 kms. Very quiet place.

localisation exceptionnelle
Endroit très calme hors saison, logement de taille correcte, confort des couchages assez bon. Points négatifs : manque d'éclairage, équipements de la cuisine insuffisants ( pas de four!) lié à la petitesse de la cuisine, canapé inconfortable et pas de wifi :( Globalement un bon lieu de détente proche des sites touristiques.

Bon logement en famille
Le logement est refait à neuf et est très confortable. La résidence est agréable en famille car elle est principalement piétonne, et bien équipées avec les jeux pour enfants ainsi que la piscine (un doute qu'elle soit chauffée par contre) . La localisation est plutôt centrale en voiture.

Superbe région. L’appartement est fonctionnel et bien situé. Mobilier un peu âgé mais suffisant pour une semaine. Quelques soucis de réseau internet mais rien de dramatique. Très bonne semaine sans une très belle région

Séjour agréable. Maison et emplacement très pratique avec des enfants
Chouettes vacances. Petite maison de vacances bien conçue, dans un environnement sécurisé et adapté aux enfants. Localisation très pratique pour visiter la région.

Bien, mais mal insonorisé par rapport au voisinage .
Le village vacances est bien, c'est jolie avec la piscine chauffée en plein milieu. Par contre, gros soucis au niveau des bruits de voisinage,on entend tout,WC, douche qui coule, bruit de mobilier déplacé, escalier,etc... En ce qui concerne la location en elle même, c'est vieux, dans son jus,il faudrait envisager sérieusement à redonner un coup de jeunesse ça ne serait pas un luxe, surtout au niveau des 2 salles de bains et la cuisine. Sinon nous avons été très bien reçu et très bien conseiller. La région est jolie, mais nous avons eu un mauvais temps, dommage.

Mauvais accueil - coût des services - Equipement
Peu d'information pour retrouver les lieux. (le N° du logement ne nous avait même pas été donné) Accueil très cavalier, rapide, style gendarme. Explication très succincte du fonctionnement des appareils L'accueillante n'a pas le temps de faire d'inventaire à l'arrivée mais exige néanmoins une caution non prévue dans les conditions de location. Equipement : digne de studio à bas prix - Literie bon marché. Ne correspond pas au prix de location. Au départ, vérification d'objets non vérifiés à l'arrivée. (dont nous ne nous étions mêmes pas servi et heureusement non abîmés... sinon, quid ne notre caution ??) Difficulté à sortir le chèque de caution de la poche... Coût prohibitif des services : Location des draps : coût équivalent au prix de draps ordinaires en grande surface. Frais de nettoyage imposés (sans facture) Je ne recommande pas Déclaration sur l'honneur.
