Lomener boasts an exceptional beachfront location in the well-maintained "Les Balcons de la Plage" residence, allowing you to combine the pleasures of the beach, swimming, coastal walks, and the magical light on the ocean with the island of Groix in the background. This one-bedroom apartment of approximately 35m², located on the 2nd floor, includes an entrance hall with a storage cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed opening onto a south-facing balcony with a full sea view and a kitchenette equipped with a small refrigerator, two-burner cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, and washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

*Cleaning: We require that the rubbish bins, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.

VUE MAGNIFIQUE SUR MER

L'appartement a une vue magnifique sur mer, ce qui est un grand atout. Cependant il mériterait d'être rénové principalement le coin cuisine : robinet mal attaché à l'évier, frigo d'une autre époque ainsi que les plaques de cuisson. La cafetière qui elle ne semble pas usée fuit. les ustensiles de cuisine sont à revoir ainsi que la vaisselle. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Bref c'est vieux et mal agencé. Pas de parking prévu à proximité.
