We propose to you to rent, on the commune of Plouër-sur-Rance, this charming house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 55 m² (with wood stove), an open plan kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 750 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

On the ground floor :
- A 55 m² living room with TV, stove (wood not provided), sofas, armchairs and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- A back kitchen.
- A shower room with shower.
- Separate toilet.
- A laundry room.

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and WC).
- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200).

Exterior:
- A beautiful enclosed, private garden of 750 m², separated from the house by a lane.
- A 40 m² gravelled terrace, facing south, at the front of the house with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, Weber grill, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Plouër-sur-Rance, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also from boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Maritime sports on the banks of the Rance, canoe-kayak, dinghy, windsurf, sailing school...
- Numerous golf courses in the vicinity and hiking trails along the Rance (greenway).
- Cycling, tennis, horse riding, GR 34, fishing, towpath to Dinan...
- Nearby events: the Route du Rhum, the Route du Rock, the Quai des Bulles festival, the Festival des Astonishing Travellers, the Fête des Remparts de Dinan.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private car park at the back of the house which can accommodate 1 vehicle or in front of the house which can accommodate 2 vehicles.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Pleudihen train station, 10 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Pleurtuit-Dinard airport 16 minutes away by car.

Other remarks:
- Free wifi available.
- The stove is functional, wood is not provided.
- Animals are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
