Breton house, built in 1933, located in the village of Plougrescant. The village of Plougrescant is located between Perros Guirec and Ile de Bréhat. You will find everything you need there: tourist office, bakery, butcher, grocery store, bar / tobacco, crêperie, restaurant, local market every Sunday morning. Supermarket in Pennevenan (8 kms). Trèguier, city of character, 10 kms, and also Lannion, Paimpol offer very interesting tourist attractions.

superbe maison, super emplacement, super hôte !
Nous avons passé un weekend de l'ascension génial dans la maison d'Edith, très cosy, fonctionnelle, un jardin très agréable, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! l'emplacement, à 10 minutes de plusieurs points d'interêt et à 20 minutes de la côte de granit rose, ile de Brehat et toutes les curiosité à voir de ce coin des côtes d'Armor. tous les commerces de proximité sont à moins de 100 mètres de la maison, ce qui est très appréciable. la communication parfaite et agréable avec Edith et sa compréhension face aux aléas de nos horaires compliqués nous a grandement aidé. je recommande à 100%, autant pour une ou plusieurs familles que pour un groupe d'amis !

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Region. Es ist ein toller Ort zum Wandern und Erholen. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig und ist mit viel Charme ausgestattet.

Tolles Haus, toller Garten
Großzügiges, altes Haus mit großem Garten, allen erdenklichen Gartenmöbeln, Sonnenschirmen etc. Innen sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Betten, viel Platz im Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer. Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Nah zu verschiedenen Stränden, Épicerie und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Sehr zu empfehlen ist der Kajak-Verleih mit einer geführten Tour auf dem Meer, direkt in Beg Ar Vilin.

Ambiance maison de famille
Cette maison est tout simplement chatmante. La résidence secondaire idéale. On s'y sent bien et tout y est joliment fait. Cela change des locations faites uniquement pour les touristes. Nous y avons passé une superbe semaine. 4 belles chambres une salle à manger lumineuse. Un salon cosy. Un jardin bucolique avec terrasse et tout le nécessaire. Bravo merci

Plougrescant
Nous avons passer des tès belles jours dans cette superbe maison. Elle est grande avec beaucoup de charme et un jardin parfait. Il y a tout: des jouets et livres pour les enfants, un barbecue et des chaises longues pour les adultes, une cuisine bien equipée... A recommander!
