Fantastic pool
The Villa was spacious and well equipped. The pool room was great and is better than it looks in the photos. There is a nice garden and the first floor deck has a view of the sea and is a pleasant place to spend the evening. Plougrescant is walkable and has a good grocery store. There was enough to do during our 1 week stay (Amoripark is worth a visit) but the pool is the real attraction for this house. We found the villa a bit impractical for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 children) because there is only 1 shower (located in an ensuite shower room to the ground floor bedroom) and a hand held attachment on the bath. The three toilets are in separate rooms (there isn’t one in the ensuite and 2 are just a toilet without a basin). There are also no wardrobes in any of the bedrooms and 1 of the bedrooms doesn’t have any storage at all. The ‘optional’ cleaning fee isn’t actually optional and we were surprised to be told we had to pay it.

Wonderful house for large family holiday
We had a wonderful stay and we were very impressed by the house. We thought there may be a third bathroom but with 4 toilets and 1 shower and 1 bath with a shower head We had enough facilities for a family of 9. The pool was fantastic for the children and we had such good weather we used table tennis table every day. The views were beautiful and its very quiet. The house was very well equipped. We had everything we needed for cooking. Beds comfy. Thank you we had a great time. Owners very good at being in touch when you email.

Fun in the rain
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Plougrescant malgré le mauvais mois d’août. La maison ainsi que le jardin et la terrasse sont parfaitement équipés pour faire face aux intempéries, car les installations intérieures sont parfaites pour amuser tout le monde (piscine, sauna, spa, baby-foot, fléchettes, flipper, etc.). A apprécié les villes et les villages locaux avec leurs plages et leurs ports de plaisance (Saint-Quay-Portrieux), leurs marchés (Tréguier) et leurs églises avec des flèches à la fois magnifiques et excentriques. Intéressé par la clause de nettoyage de la propriété selon laquelle vous devez payer le propriétaire pour nettoyer après votre départ si nécessaire pour que tout soit à la perfection (pas vu auparavant dans les séjours VRBO dont nous avons bénéficié auparavant ). Je suppose que je peux comprendre cette clause si vous laissez la propriété dans un désordre complet. Recommandez la maison à un grand groupe avec ou sans enfants. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.

Belle villa avec vue mer
Bonjour, Je tenais à vous remercier pour notre séjour dans la villa que nous avons louée avec un groupe d’amis. La villa était idéalement située, à proximité de l'île de Bréhat, de Perros-Guirec, de Paimpol, et du GR 34, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la région. L'accueil a été excellent et les prestations de la villa ont été très bien expliquées, que ce soit pour le jacuzzi, la piscine, le flipper, et autres. Un bel endroit
La villa est idéale pour accueillir un groupe de personnes. Avec une piscine assez grande pour tout le monde, le jacuzzi et le sauna, la détente est assurée. Sans oublier la salle de jeux qui est attenante au séjour. La vue sur mer et les iles est superbe (surtout depuis les chambres de l'étage et la terrasse).

Villa très confortable, spacieuse et lumineuse et très bien équipée pour le divertissement (piscine, jacuzzi et jeux intérieurs). Endroit très calme et idéal pour se ressourcer. Les crêpes offertes à notre arrivée étaient délicieuses.
