Welcome to the Aber Wrach, "the sea that enters the land": an emblematic place of North Finistère!

This pretty fisherman’s house facing the sea, feet in the water, offers a magnificent view of the Aber.
In peace, you can admire the boats according to the tides and enjoy the view whatever the weather.

The character house is rustic, but comfortable to host your holiday by the sea. You will stay simply in this functional house, with all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, and new bedding will welcome your nights.

On the ground floor a living-dining room where you can admire the sea sofa, its bathroom and its independent toilet. You can follow the tide throughout the day, and you walk on the port of Perros. moments of change of scenery and rejuvenation guaranteed!

Upstairs, 2 bedrooms with sea view, with double beds and a children’s room with 2 single beds. Upon waking, opening the shutters you will have a 180 degree sea view on the aber wrac'h.

The house is already prepared: just enjoy your stay from the first minute!
Beds will be made, towels tidy, basic items in the kitchen will be available (salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee and tea and household products).

There is even wifi at the end of the world! Perfect to come and relax without losing the north! Teleworking possible!
THE GARDEN: The flowery garden and the terrace, will welcome your barbecues with family or friends, your relaxation in the sun, with a magnificent sea view on the port of Perros.
The garden is fully enclosed.

SURROUNDINGS: The house is located 2pas from the beach of Perros. From there you will have access to the Perros hold to access the Aber Wrach: ideal to go fishing with your kayak! Plouguerneau is 3.5 km from the apartment.

You will be welcomed by the Conciergerie Ty-Anne, a professional rental agency, which will offer personalized and tailor-made services to make your holidays idyllic! Brittany is a dream destination, the quality of services will be at this level!
