Come and discover this magnificent luxury house with your feet in the water! The garden overlooks the pretty Korejou beach, the view is incredible from every room in the house!



The ground floor consists of a huge living room. You will find a large fully equipped open kitchen, it even has a Tepaniaky! (Japanese stovetop). You benefit from a large living room with its large library as well as a comfortable living room, with its sea view which is omnipresent. From this large room, you have direct access to a large terrace, the large bay windows with partition open wide in order to live both inside and outside!

Still on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet as well as a pretty master suite with its dressing room behind the bed, its bathroom with sink and shower and again this sublime sea view to wake up gently in the morning being pierced by the sea.



The first floor is composed of 2 double bedrooms under the slopes, a separate toilet, a mezzanine for reading quietly, a bathroom with shower and a splendid master suite. This suite is composed of a large 160x200 bed with still its sumptuous sea view, its bathroom equipped with a bath and a shower, as well as a desk to telework. Attention, teleworking is not easy because of the 180° sea view from the office!



The top floor is for children only. You will find a large bedroom with 2 bunk beds and adjoining toilets with a sink. Attention, the beds are only 150cm long, so they are not suitable for adults.



Outside, you therefore have a terrace accessible from the living room as well as a second terrace located at the end of the garden. you will fall in love with this terrace because it offers again and again a breathtaking sea view. You will take advantage of this terrace to read, have an aperitif or dinner while being lulled by the sound of the sea. This terrace is equipped with an Ofyr barbecue.



And to end the visit, an outbuilding is also available to you. It contains a washing machine and a dryer, but especially a sauna with its rest area! Ideal for relaxing after a long stroll or a lazy day at the beach!

For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, The Leclerc Foundation in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts...

For children you will also find nearby: the 3 parish priest's school (theme park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are nearby. For those who play golf, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
