Plusieurs prises électriques étaient dangeureuses: au rdc, chambre du fond à gauche, la prise à droite du lit a fait des étincelles quand un chargeur y a été branché et dans la chambre au fond du grenier une prise est scotchée au mur. La mare non entretenue au fond du jardin fait pulluler les moustiques dont plusieurs générations ornent les plafonds. Il a fallu en tuer plusieurs dizaines à chaque étage pour dormir et les chambres sous le toit ne pouvaient être aérées la nuit et étaient donc bien trop chaudes. De nombreux appareils sont en mauvais état: parasol, barbecue, batteur électrique.

Grande maison. Emplacement IDÉAL. Salles de bain et salles d’eaux en mauvais état. Attention une chambre est accessible en passant par une zone type grenier pas top top. Grande table en extérieur très agréable mais terrain peu accessible.

Séjour entre amis la maison est tres bien située avec une vue magnifique sur la mer toutefois elle est restée dans son jus de 1975 elle aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement important

Nous étions a 10 dans cette grande maison a proximité de la mer, et avons passé un très agréable séjour Cependant, quelques détails de finition( peinture un peu passée) mériteraient d'être revus, ainsi que le temps limite consacré à l'accueil

Außen hui innen pfui - Vorsicht: Schimmelbude

Wir haben dieses Haus für zwei Wochen gemietet. Wir waren 15 Personen und 5 Parteien. Als wir um 17:30 Uhr ankamen, wurden wir vom Vermieter empfangen, der uns durch den Keller, in dem sich auch die Waschmaschine, der Wäschetrockner, ein Kühlschrank und ein Eisschrank befinden. Dann der erste Schock: ein undefinierbarer Gestank im Keller, der sich schnell als solch ein intensiver Schinmelgestank herausstellte, wie wir ihn noch nie erlebt haben. Dann der nächste Schock: auch die Räumlichkeiten im Erdgeschoß und im 1. Obergeschoß zeichneten sich durch intensiven Schimmelgeruch aus. Bald schon wurden zahlreiche weitere erhebliche Mängel dieses Hauses deutlich: - Nur zwei WC für 15 Personen! Die Beschreibung suggeriert mehr WC - Beim WC im EG wackelte sowohl der Keramikkörper als auch die Brille, die übrigens offenbar schon ein paar Jährchen auf dem Buckel hat - In der Dusche im EG war ein Sitz für Leute mit Handicap angebracht, in dessen Ritzen der Schwarzschimmel blühte - Der Duschkopf der selben Dusche hatte auch Schimmelbefall - Die Kacheln in Bodennähe dieser Dusche waren von Schimmel befallen - Ein Zimmer im 1.OG hatte Schimmelbefall an der Wand - eins der Zimmer im 1. OG war nur durch einen Raum erreichbar, der offenbar als Sperrmülllager dient; in diesem Raum befand sich auch die Tischtennisplatte, deren Netz in Fetzen hing und damit nicht benutzbar war - ca. die Hälfte der Stühle im Innen- und Außenbereich waren defekt - Holztisch im Außenbereich war morsch und defekt - die zwei Sonnenschirme im Außenbereich waren defekt und nicht benutzbar - Rauchmelder: keine vorhanden bzw. defekt/nicht angebracht/abgelaufen; dies kriegt ein besonderes"Geschmäckle", wenn man sich die Elektroinstallation genauer anschaute - Der Garten war wohl mal ein Kleinod, ist jedoch lange nicht mehr gepflegt worden; es befindet sich ein baufälliger Verschlag im Garten, in dem altes Gerümpel/Sperrmüll gelagert wurde - die Roste für den Grill waren vergammelt/ verrostet - Trockner im Keller war nicht benutzbar, weil er die frisch gewaschene Wäsche mit der extrem nach Schimmel stinkenden Kellerluft durchpustete - fehlende Klinken an Zimmertüren - Fenster mit Glasbruch - Schimmelgeruch im ganzen Haus - verdreckte Abzugshaube in der Küche Hätten wir Kleinkinder dabei gehabt, wären wir vermutlich wieder abgereist. Wegen der 1100km Anfahrt haben wir uns für Bleiben entschlossen - Lichtblick: Super Lage und Aussicht
