Located in Ploulec'h, in Côtes-d'Armor, this charming 65 m² stone house accommodates up to 4 people. You have 2 bedrooms with double beds, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs with wood paneling. The house features a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer, and separate toilet. Your private, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all necessary utensils. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, baby bed, vacuum cleaner, iron, radio, and sofa. An air mattress and travel cot are available on request.



Enjoy your private, south-facing, uncovered terrace with garden furniture, as well as a 400 m² enclosed garden accessible via a private gate. You can have barbecues with the provided grill in this peaceful countryside setting.



A communal parking area is available on site. You may bring up to 2 pets, and parties are not allowed. Hiking trails are accessible directly from the house. You are only 3 km from the beaches and 4 km from the center of Lannion with its shops and services.



Please note that the adjoining veranda is not included in the rental. Electricity is included from June to September. The rest of the year, a daily allowance of 10 kWh is included, with any excess available for an extra charge.
