The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 110 m² house in Pluguffan for rent, which can accommodate up to 7 people. It has a lovely 30 m² living room (with stove), an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a 96 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with TV, sofas, dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A laundry room
- Shower room and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190) and a single bed (90×190)
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful 96 m² garden, private and not enclosed, facing north-west
- A 25 m² north-west-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Pluguffan, in a very pleasant environment. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. You'll also benefit from the proximity of the Pluguffan Intermarché, located just opposite the house.
The beaches are a 15-minute drive away (Ile Tudy).
Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 3 vehicles).
